高职院校音乐专业发展的问题与对策探析

【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展,国家政策的不断完善,高职院校在国家的倡导以及支持下蓬勃发展,高职院校音乐专业也得到了较大的发展空间。通过长期努力,国内高职院校音乐专业已经为社会输送了大量的音乐人才,并且具有广阔的发展前景。我国高职院校创建至今仅二十余年,虽然发展速度较快,但在取得一定成绩的同时,仍旧存在很多不足之处。因此,本文从国内高职院校发展的实际情况进行分析,基于人才培养的角度对高职院校音乐专业教育现状进行探讨,采用客观的态度对其中存在的问题进行分析,深入探讨了国内高职院校音乐专业的教育模式;进而分析了制约高职院校音乐专业发展当中存在的问题,然后根据其中问题从明晰办学思路,准确定位人才培养目标、建立高等职业教育音乐专业人才培养模式、优化课程体系、建设适应高职音乐专业的教材体系、优化师资队伍建设、建立立体化评价机制以及打造品牌专业七方面提出了改革建议,希望以此能够促进国内高职院校音乐专业的完善与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of social economy,the continuous improvement of national policy,the higher vocational colleges in the vigorous development of national advocacy and support,major in higher vocational college music has also been a great development space.Through long-term efforts,the domestic vocational music has transported large music talents for the society;and has broad prospects for development.However,due to a late start,China’s Vocational Colleges developed rapidly,made some achievements,there are still shortcomings.Therefore,this paper carries on the analysis from the actual situation of the development of the domestic vocational colleges,based on the perspective of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges professional music education are discussed,with the objective attitude to the analysis of existing problems,in-depth study of the domestic vocational college music professional education model;then has analyzed the existing music professional development in vocational college the problem,then from the clear idea of running school according to the problem,accurate positioning of talent training goal,the establishment of higher vocational education music professional talent training mode,optimize the curriculum system,building to adapt to higher vocational music teaching material system,optimize the construction of teaching staff,establish three-dimensional evaluation mechanism,puts forward reform suggestions for education system in seven areas to improve,hoping to promote the perfection and development of the domestic vocational college music majors.更多还原
