【摘要】 随着国际形势和国内环境的不断变化和发展,铁路拉动内需,高铁外交等都给铁路交通装备行业带来了春天,因此要加快提升干线铁路动力装备水平,交流机车电器产品的研制迫在眉睫。电器屏柜和线束在机车上起着重要的控制作用,如何确保其研制质量起着决定性的作用。QSY公司机车电器研制质量对整车来说至关重要,但由于企业自身存在的一些不足和制约因素,很多质量问题频繁发生,企业经济损失惨重,社会及行业影响不良。本论文通过案例分析的方法,从QSY公司的实际管理运营情况深入研究,首先,对QSY公司进行概况介绍,对公司目前的产品研制模式进行阐述和说明,从理论联系实际方面,深入分析挖掘项目质量管理存在的问题,识别出项目质量管理关键因素。其次,结合项目质量管理相关理论基础,针对项目质量管理存在的关键因素,从企业内部分析影响QSY公司机车电器研制质量管理现状的原因:主要是质量管理理念滞后,项目质量管理流程与方法不科学,设计方案流程不完善,工艺方案设计流程不完善,过程质量控制方法不到位,缺乏科学的质量成本控制及惩罚体系等。最后,根据QSY公司的实际情况,从多个方面对QSY公司机车电器产品研制质量管理问题一一提出改进对策:树立全新质量管理理念,完善项目质量管理流程体系,改善设计方案流程,改善工艺方案设计流程,完善质量过程控制方法,制度保障并合理控制质量成本,注重质量人力保障体系建设等。通过本文的研究解决了该案例中的问题,为后续QSY公司机车电器研制提供了更为科学和系统的项目质量管理模式、流程和方法,可以指导公司项目质量管理的开展,从而提升新产品的研制质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the unceasing change of domestic situation and international environment, development of railway stimulating domestic demand, high iron foreign affairs brought the spring for railway transportation equipment industry, so the power equipment level of main railway lines should be promoted rapidly, the development of ac locomotive electric products is imminent. Electrical cabinets and harness on the locomotive plays an important role in control, how to ensure the quality plays a decisive role. The quality of control appliance is crucial for QSY locomotive, but due to the deficiencies and factors of corporation, a lot of quality problems happened which bring great economic losses and bad influence.This paper researches QSY Company’s actual management with case analysis. First, this paper introduces the general situation of QSY Company and current product development mode, analyses problems of project quality management with theory and practice, identifies the key factors. Second, combined with the theory and the key factors of project quality management, the paper analyses reasons which influence the project quality management of control appliance development: the quality management idea lag, project quality management process and the method is not science, design process is not perfect, process scheme design process is not perfect, process quality control method is not in place, the lack of scientific quality cost control and rewards and punishment system, etc. Finally, according to QSY Company’s actual situation, this paper provides several improvement strategy to project quality management of QSY locomotive electric appliance product development: QSY Company sets up the new quality management concept, perfects the system of the project quality management processes, improves the design process, improves the process scheme design process, perfects the process control methods, establishes the guarantee system and controls the quality costs reasonably, pays attention to the human resource construction, etc.This paper solves the problems in this case through study. It provides a more scientific and systematic project quality management mode, process and method for subsequent control appliance development of QSY locomotive.
