高气液比油井套管气助流举升技术研究

【摘要】 在高气液比油井生产过程中,气体的影响会导致油井产量降低。由于气体占据抽油泵大量有效空间而使得抽油泵的泵效降低,抽油系统效率降低,导致油井无法正常生产作业。因此,如何减小气体影响,并加以利用气体能量,对高气液比油井的高效生产是尤为重要的。本文在文献调研的基础上,对常用多相流井筒压力计算方法进行评价分析,针对高气液比条件采用Beggs-Brill计算方法进行油管气液两相流计算,为了生产系统的稳定和设计进行了环空压力计算。井下工具合理应用是减小气体影响最为有效的方法。对不同类型气锚的分气机理和工作原理进行研究,得到各种气锚的适用情况为油井筛选提供依据。气举阀是用于调节井下压力的智能阀,其作用是降低启动压力和排出油套环空的气体用以帮助举升油管中液体。对气举阀机理分析,为助流举升的合理性提供参考。鉴于气液比高的优势,提出了通过先疏后导解决高气液比油井泵效低的方法,称为助流举升技术。分析了助流举升技术提高泵效的机理,提出了高气液比油井套管气助流举升系统设计方法,完善了助流举升技术设计。利用VB 6.0程序设计语言,编制适用于套管气助流举升工艺综合评判程序,并结合实例计算,对各种工作参数进行敏感分析,得出具体高气液比油井的最优助流举升方案。

【Abstract】 In the productive process of high gas liquid ratio well,the influence of gas leads to low oil production.As the gas occupies a large amount of effective space in the oil pump,the pumping efficiency of the oil pump is reduced,and the efficiency of the pumping system is reduced,which results in the failure of the oil well to operate normally.How to reduce the influence of gas and make use of the energy of gas is very important for the production of high gas liquid ratio well.In this paper,on the basis of investigating the correlation study sufficiently,the calculation method of wellbore pressure in common multiphase flow is evaluated.According to the high gas-liquid ratio,the Beggs-Brill method is used to calculate the gas-liquid two-phase flow,in order to stabilize and design the system,the annulus pressure is calculated.The reasonable use of down-hole tools is the most effective way to reduce the influence of gas.According to the study of the separation mechanism and working principle of different types of gas anchors,the application of various air-anchors is provided.An gas lift valve is an intelligent valve used to regulate down-hole pressure.This is to reduce the starting pressure and the empty gas from the oil ring to help lift the fluid in the tubing.The mechanism analysis of gas lift valve provides reference for the rationality of flow assisted lifting.In consideration of the advantages of high gas liquid ratio,a method,which is called flow assisted lifting,is presented to deal with high gas liquid ratio and low pumping efficiency by means of gas and oil separation and then guiding them to the tubing.The mechanism for improving the pumping efficiency with the technique is analyzed.Design procedures are proposed for the lifting string of flow assisted lifting.and perfected the flow assisted lifting design scheme.Using the VB 6.0programming language,suitable for the preparation of casing gas flow assisted lifting technology comprehensive evaluation program,and combined with the example calculation,the sensitivity analysis of various work parameters is carried out,and the optimum flow aiding lifting scheme of high gas liquid ratio well is obtained.
