【摘要】 随着休闲时代的到来和体育产业市场趋于成熟,休闲体育产业也处于良好的发展势头。国内各地着力打造具有自身鲜明特色的休闲体育产业,并将其列入当地体育产业的发展规划之中。2010年《国务院关于进一步促进广西经济社会发展的若干意见》中提出积极打造西江经济带产业集聚优势,要进一步整合资源、集聚优势,加快形成西江经济带。2014年7月《珠江-西江经济带发展规划》获得国务院批复,标志着珠江-西江经济带上升为国家发展战略。2016年“健康中国2030”提出打造具有区域特色的健身休闲示范区、健身休闲产业带,给广西西江经济带休闲体育产业带来发展机遇。因此,研究广西西江经济带休闲体育产业资源的开发,对促进广西经济社会发展,促进相关产业的良性互动,优化区域内产业结构布局有重要意义。本研究以广西西江经济带休闲体育产业资源开发为研究对象,运用文献资料法、实地调查法、专家访谈法及逻辑分析法,走访了来宾、柳州、南宁、百色等地,对广西西江经济带内赋存资源进行调查整理。并且运用SWOT分析法对休闲体育产业发展的环境进行探讨,走访当地体育局、俱乐部相关工作人员、西江经济研究所的专家学者,对开发现实状况和区域发展空间布局情况进行了了解。结合广西西江经济带的休闲体育产业发展的实际情况,针对性提出开发模式、策略,从空间布局和规划方面提出开发构想。通过研究分析得出如下研究结果:1.对广西西江经济带休闲体育产业资源开发基础的调研与分析。广西西江经济带休闲体育产业资源丰富、种类齐全,可将其分为产业基础和资源基础两大类。从目前区域内休闲体育产业开发利用的现状看,虽然在发展中有较好的区位条件、有不断增大的消费市场、有多项品牌赛事的承办、有丰富的资源基础,但整体的消费水平还处在起步阶段,存在产业项目的开发规模较小、资源盲目浪费、区域内各市经济发展有一定差距、产业结构发展待转型、融资渠道方面存在局限性等问题。2.对广西西江经济带休闲体育产业进行空间布局。构建了“一核心、三组团、七片区”的休闲体育产业发展布局。一核心:以南宁为核心;三组团:崇左-百色、柳州-来宾、梧州-贵港;七片区:南宁都市娱乐休闲区、柳州水上休闲运动区、百色户外休闲运动区、崇左体育边关文化区、贵港运动康复保健区、来宾民族文化休闲区、梧州休闲生态锻炼区。3.提出了五种开发模式。选取具有代表性的区域开发案例,即苏南地区、黑龙江地区、郴州地区。运用“点一轴”扩散发展理论、增长极理论、共生发展理论等区域经济学理论,从不同角度去构建适合广西西江经济带开发模式。①多品牌特色主题开发模式,打造以极限户外、水上运动、生态环保、民俗活动、竞赛表演为主题的休闲体育产业。②多资源融合开发模式,通过休闲体育产业与旅游、民族文化、农业等资源相互融合发展的开发模式。③非均衡协调发展模式,构建以南宁为核心区,梧州、百色、柳州为发展区,崇左、来宾、贵港为辐射区的休闲体育产业发展规划。④多区域竞合开发模式,以资源整合、市场融合、区域竞合、人才聚合为方向的区域共生发展。⑤民族文化开发模式,从传统民族节庆文化、民俗活动、民族体育旅游三方面构建休闲体育产业的软实力。4.提出六大开发策略。①统筹规划,促进政府、企业和市场的协同发力;②由点到面,整体布局,构建休闲体育产业示范区。③促进产业融合,建立休闲体育产业与旅游、民族文化相融合的长效发展机制;④打造以休闲旅游为特色,品牌营销的宣传策略;⑤培养专业对口人才以及交通网络的打造,提高区域可达性;⑥促进区域一体化与产业整合,走持续发展的开发道路;本研究通过对广西西江经济带休闲体育产业资源开发进行分析,旨在为西江经济带建设做出贡献,补充和完善广西休闲体育产业相关理论的研究,为相关决策者提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advent of the leisure era and gradually mature of the sports industry market,leisure sports industry maintains good momentum.Many areas make efforts to build their own leisure sports industry of distinctive characteristics,which is included in the local sports industry development plan all over the country."State Council has several opinions on further promotion of Guangxi’s economy and society developing" in 2010,which proposed to actively build the Xijiang economic zone concentration advantages,to further integrate resources,gather advantages,as well as accelerate the formation of the Xijiang economic zone."Pearl River-Xijiang Economic Development Plan"(July 2014),which was approved by the State Council,marking the Pearl River-Xijiang economic zone rose to national development strategy."Healthy China 2030" in 2016 proposed to create a regional fitness demonstration area,fitness and leisure industry zone,which brought development opportunities to the economic zone of leisure sports industry in Xijiang,Guangxi.Investigating the economic and social development of Guangxi is of great significance in promoting the benign interaction of related industries and optimizing the layout of industrial structure in the region.In this context,adopting methods of literature,field investigation,interview and the logic analysis,the present study took economic zone of leisure sports industry resource development in Xijiang,Guangxi as research subject,and had interviews in Liuzhou,Nanning,Baise,etc.Resources of the economic zone in Xijiang,Guangxi were investigated.Discussion on the external environment of leisure sports industry was carried out by the SWOT analysis.After visited the Sports council,club-related staff,experts and scholar of Economic Research Institute in Xijiang,the author learnt the development of the current situation and regional development space.Combined with the actual situation of the development of leisure sports industry in Guangxi Xijiang economic zone,the author put forward the development principles,models and measures as well as the development concept from the spatial layout and planning.Through the research and analysis,the following research results are obtained:Firstly,Investigation and analysis on the development foundation of recreational sports industry resources in Xijiang Economic zone.The Guangxi Xijiang economic zone leisure sports industry is full of resources,which can be divided into two categories--industrial base and resource base.According to the situation of the development and utilization of leisure sports industry in the region,although there are better location conditions in the development,increasing consumer market,a number of brand events contract,even a rich resource base,the overall consumption Level is still in the initial stage.There are many problems such as small-scale development of industrial projects,waste of resources,the regional economic development gap between the city,the development of industrial structure to be transformed,and also a few of limitations in the financing channels,etc.Secondly,The spatial layout of leisure sports industry in Guangxi Xijiang economic zone,which will build a core,three groups,and the seven area of leisure sports industry.A core:Nanning;Three groups:Chongzuo-Baise,Liuzhou-Laibin,Wuzhou-Guigang;Seven areas:Nanning recreation and recreation area,Liuzhou water recreation sports area,Baise outdoor recreational sports area,Chongzuo sports border cultural area,Guigang sports rehabilitation health area,Laibin national cultural recreation area,Wuzhou leisure ecological exercise area.Thirdly,Five development models are put forward.The author selects a representative regional development cases--southern Jiangsu,Heilongjiang,Chenzhou area and based on "point-axis" diffusion development theory,non-balanced coordinated development theory,regional symbiosis development theory and other regional economic theory,to build Guangxi Xijiang economic zone development model from different aspects.① Multi-brand theme theme development model to limit the outdoor,water sports,eco-friendly,folk activities,competition for the theme of the leisure sports industry.② Multi-resource integration development model,through the leisure sports industry and tourism industry,national culture,agriculture and other resources integration development model.③ Non-balanced and coordinated development model,to build Nanning as the core area,Wuzhou,Baise,Liuzhou for the development zone,Chongzuo,guests,Guigang for the radiation area leisure sports industry development planning.④ Multi-regional competition and cooperation development model,through resource integration,market integration,regional competition and talent for the direction of regional symbiosis development.⑤ National cultural development model.From three aspects of the construction of national traditional sports industry,the traditional national festivals,folk activities,national sports tourism,to develop direction.Finally,Six development measures are put forward.① Overall planning,and promote the government,business and market cooperation force;② Construction of the brand marketing strategy of leisure travel for the characteristics;③Promote the integration of industry,the establishment of leisure sports industry and tourism,national culture integration of long-term development mechanism ④ To cultivate professional counterparts and the construction of traffic networks to improve regional reachability;⑤ Promote regional integration and industrial integration,Sustainable development of the road;⑥ Building leisure sports industry demonstration area,which can from point to surface as well as the overall layout.The development of leisure sports industry resources in Xijiang,Guangxi was analyzed in the present study,aiming at making contribution to construction of the economic zone in Xijiang,making complement to related studies on theories of leisure sports industry in Guangxi,so as to provide reference to relevant
