“互联网+”背景下油田生产精细化管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 油田企业在现阶段面临的生产管理难题依然很多,随着不断细化的石油行业及专业化程度,越来越强的生产管理流程的科学化、合理化,如何引导正确的管理模式是现如今最为亟待解决的问题。目前我国油田生产在技术开采、油水井管理、安全管理等方面具有一定的能力,并取得了相应的成绩,但仍然存在不足与问题。长庆油田第十二采油厂是其中可以作为典型的案例,分析现有的管理模式及存在的问题,深入开展精细化管理体系是目前最需要解决的问题。随着我国信息技术的发展,我国逐渐迈进了信息时代,“互联网+”行动的提出,为油田生产精细化管理提供了技术条件,为油田生产精细化管理系统的设计提供了技术基础。因此,为了进一步提高油田生产管理水平,有必要引进精细化管理的思想以及互联网信息技术元素的应用,从而设计出符合油田企业实际的生产管理系统,这对油田企业生产管理水平的提升、生产目标的实现、油田注水的加强、油田产量的巩固等方面都具有十分重要的作用。本文将以长庆油田第十二采油厂为例,为其设计“互联网+”背景下的油田生产精细化管理系统,在充分利用云盘、大数据、物联网等信息技术元素的基础上,优化油田生产精细化管理系统的设计,并对系统在长庆油田第十二采油厂的应用效果进行分析,进一步明确该系统的作用。全文可分为如下几个部分:第一部分是绪论。论述课题的研究背景、目的及意义,阐述国内外研究现状,明确研究方法和思路;第二部分是相关基本理论。主要介绍“互联网+”的内涵及意义、油田生产精细化管理的概念及意义,从而为论文的写作奠定理论基础;第三部分是可行性研究,对长庆油田第十二采油厂的概况、信息技术情况进行介绍,并指出该系统设计的进度安排,这是系统设计和研发的前提条件;第四部分是需求分析,从目标用户、系统功能等方面对系统需求进行分析,根据需求进行系统设计;第五部分是“互联网+”背景下油田生产精细化管理系统的设计,首先指出设计的原则和设计的目标,接着对系统的总体架构、功能部署以及数据结构、系统软件组成以及功能设计等内容进行分析,接着指出系统设计的互联网技术的应用、开发平台及应用环境以及系统的特点,也是论文研究的重点;第六部分是“互联网+”背景下油田生产精细化管理系统的应用,对长庆油田第十二采油厂应用该系统的范围、情况和效果进行阐述,从经济效益、油田生产状况、管理水平以及安全环保等方面分析评估了该系统设计的成功与否;最后是结论,主要对本文的观点进行总结性概述,并指出论文研究的不足之处。希望本文的研究可以改善长庆油田第十二采油厂的生产管理水平,并为更多的油田企业提供生产管理优化的参考指导作用。

【Abstract】 Oil industry enterpris es at this st age is still facing a lot of product ion manageme nt probl ems,with the continuous refinement of the oil industry and the degre e of specialization,more and more s trong production management process of scientifi c and rationalization,how to guide the correct managem ent model is now the most Problems to be solved.At present,China’s oilfield production in the technology mining,oil and water well manageme nt,safety management and so has a certain abi lity,and achi eved the corresponding results,but there are sti ll problems and problems.Changqing Oilfield,the 12 th oil refi nery is one of the typi cal cases,analysis of the existing management model and the existing problem s,i n-depth development of fine managem ent sys tem is t he most need to solve the problem.With the devel opment of China’s inform ati on technology,China has gradually advanc ed int o the information age,"Internet +" action,for t he oil fi eld production of fine management to provide t echnical conditions for the production of refined oilfield manageme nt system des ign provides a technical basis.Therefore,in order t o further improve the level of oil field producti on managem ent,it is necess ary to introduce the idea of ? ? fine management and the application of Internet i nformation technology el ements,so as to design the production management sys tem which accord wit h the actual product ion management of oilfield enterprises.The realization of oil field water reinfor ceme nt,t he consolidation of oil field production and so on have a very important role.In t his paper,the 12 th oil production plant in C hangqing Oilfiel d is taken as an exam ple to desi gn the fine manageme nt system of oilfiel d product ion under the background of "Internet +".On the basis of maki ng full use of information technology element s such as cloud disk,large dat a and Internet of Things,Optimize the design of oilfield product ion fine management sys tem,and analyz e the application effect of the syst em i n the 12 th oil production plant of C hangqing Oil field,and further cl arify the functi on of the system.The full text can be divided i nto t he following sections: The fi rst part is the introduction.Discusses the research backgr ound,purpose and s ignificance of the subject,ex pounds the research status quo at home and abroad,cl arifies the research methods and ideas;the second part is the relate d basic t heory.This paper mainly introduces the connotation and significance of "Int ernet +",the conce pt and significance of fine manageme nt of oi lfield production,thus l ayi ng the theoretical foundation for the writi ng of the thesi s.The third part is t he feasibi lity st udy,the gener al situation of the 12 th oil production plant i n C hangqing Oilfield,In forma tion sys tem is introduced,and the scheduling of t he sys tem design is pointed out.This is the prerequisite for system design and development.The fourth part i s the require ment analys is,the s ys tem requirement s are analyzed from the target user,sys tem functi on and so on,according to the demand sys tem Design;the fifth part is the design of the oilfield production fine management sys tem under the background of "Internet +".First,it point s out the design principles and design goal s,and then designs the overa ll archi tecture,function deployme nt and data structure,sys temsoftware composi tion and funct ion desi gn of the system And then the application of In terne t technology,the development platform and application envi ronment and the char acte ristics of the system are al so the focus of the paper.The s ixth part is the appl ication of the fine management system of oilfield production under the backgr ound of "In te rnet +",Thi s paper analyzes the scope,si tuat ion and effect of the sys tem in the 12 th oil product ion plant of Changqing Oilfield,and analyze s the succe ss of the design of the sys tem from the aspects of economic benef it,oilfield production status,management level and safety and environment al protection.Is the conclusion,mainly summariz es the viewpoints of this paper,and points out the shortcom ings of the thesis.It is hoped that the resea rch of this paper can im prove the production management l evel of the 12 t h oil production plant in Changqing Oilfield and provide the refe rence guide for production management optimization for more oil field enterpr ises.
