【摘要】 当前学生和学校的信息交流沟通越来越少,很多学校通知信息无法及时传到学生当中,学生遇到生活、学习上的问题也不知道找谁诉求。本人从事辅导员工作多年,发现与学生的沟通交流是非常重要的。基于此目的,结合当前大部分学生都有智能手机这一现状,分析了学生的心里需求,以提高大学生辅导员和学生交流沟通的便捷性为目标,设计了基于移动平台的学生在线辅导答疑系统。该系统的设计主要采用了JAVAEE、SSH、WEB编程、移动开发技术,在答疑信息的查询方面采用了句子相似度计算方法,有效的提高了系统的可靠性、灵活性和便捷性。学生在线辅导答疑系统在功能上设计了登录注册、签到、选择辅导员、在线提问、自动匹配应答、异步答疑、在线同步讨论、常见问题查询等八个主要功能,通过这些功能可以方便的为学生、辅导员之间提供交流工具。为了验证系统的有效性,对学生在线辅导系统进行了多方面的测试,包括性能对比测试、系统问题库测试、基本功能测试、服务器测试、压力测试、UI效果测试等,通过这些测试的结果表明,系统的功能基本上能够满足用户的需求,为学校提高教学质量起了积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current communication between students and universities less and less communication,many universities can’t inform the information spread to students in time,students encounter life,learning problems do not know who to seek aspirations,I engaged in counselors for many years,found and students of the communication is very important,for this purpose,I combined with the status quo of the current majority of students have a smart phone,analyzed the students’ psychological needs.In order to improve the convenience of the communication and communication between counselors and students,I designed the students online tutor system based on mobile platform.The design of the system mainly used JAVAEE,SSH,WEB programming,mobile development technology,in terms of answering the query information,I used the sentence similarity calculation method,it effectively improved the system’s reliability,flexibility and convenience.Students Online Tutor system on the functional designed of the Registration,check-ins,counselors’ selection,online questions,automatic matching response,asynchronous Q & A,online synchronization discussion,FAQ query eight main functions,through these features could be convenient for students,counselors to provide communication tools.In order to verify the effectiveness of the system,I conducted a variety of tests on the system,including performance comparison test,system problem library test,basic function test,server test,stress test,UI effect test and so on,the test results showed that the function of the system could basically meet the needs of users,it would play a positive role in improving the quality of teaching.更多还原
