【摘要】 目的:观察胜癣汤治疗风湿蕴肤型神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:选用符合神经性皮炎(风湿蕴肤型)纳入标准的患者80例。采取随机分组的方式将入选的患者分为对照和治疗两组,在临床研究过程中,对照组和治疗组各有2例患者脱落,实际完成病例数76例,对照组与治疗组各38例。对照组予以口服"湿毒清片",治疗组予以口服中药汤剂"胜癣汤",两组持续治疗6周,治疗完成后观察两组患者症状和记录评分,并对评分进行比较,同时对患者在临床观察期间出现的不良反应进行统计分析,最后进行药物疗效及安全性判定。结果:治疗后两组症状评分改善,治疗组总评分(3.84±2.76),对照组总评分(6.03±3.44),两组间比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组痊愈5例,显效21例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率89.47%;对照组痊愈2例,显效15例,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率71.05%,两组疗效经统计学检验存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:1.胜癣汤能有效改善风湿蕴肤型神经性皮炎的症状评分。2.胜癣汤治疗风湿蕴肤型神经性皮炎安全有效、无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observing the clinical curative effect of prescription named Shengxuan Decoction for treating neurodermatitis of wind and damp with skin pattern.Methods:80 patients with neurodermatitis(wind and damp with skin pattern)were randomly allocated into treatment group and control group in this study.In the process of research,2 cases lose follow up in the control group and treatment group respectively.All of 76 participants,38 in control group and 38 in treatment group were enrolled into analysis.The treatment group took Shengxuan Decoction,while the control group was given Shiduqing Pain.After 6 weeks,the clinical symptom was observed and symptom scores recorded,then the symptom scores were compared between groups.At the same time during the period of clinical observation of patients adverse reactions were analyzed.In the end,it evaluates the effectiveness and safety of Shengxuan Decoction.Results:The symptom scores were 3.84 and 6.03 in treatment group and control group after treatment respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In trial group 5 patients were healed,21 patients significantly improved,8 cases were response,and only 4 case was ineffective after Shengxuan Decoction treatment,the total effective rate was 89.47%.In control group,the patients with healed,significantly improvement,response,and ineffective were 2,15,10,and 11 respectively,the total effective rate was 71.05%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The symptom scores of neurodermatitis after Shengxuan Decoction treatment had significant change.2.The results show that there was good curative effect of neurode-rmatitis of wind and damp with skin pattern treating by Shengxuan Decoction and no adverse reactions.更多还原
