浅色沥青胶结料的开发与应用研究

【摘要】 彩色沥青混凝土路面不仅有利于交通的疏导,而且也是预防和控制道路交通事故的有效手段。浅色沥青胶结料是彩色沥青的主要组成,本文以碳九石油树脂为基料,从工业白油、蜡油和高芳烃含量减压馏分油中筛选出减压馏分油作为软化调和组分,通过EVA的改性进而调制得到符合70#沥青标准的浅色沥青胶结料。在此基础上,添加5%SBS对其进行改性,进一步考察粘温性能和流变性能,并与70#道路沥青和国内外常见浅色沥青胶结料进行对比分析:EVA和SBS对自制胶结料的软化点和针入度均有提高,SBS的添加不仅可以大大改善其延度特性,而且降低了温感性,使其适用温度区间更宽,改性后的胶结料也表现出了良好的抗形变和高温抗车辙能力。随后,本文考察了浅色沥青胶结料的乳化方法,从多种乳化剂中筛选出2种乳化效果较好的乳化剂,通过单因素实验考察乳液储存稳定性的影响因素,发现皂液温度、乳化剂用量、pH值和助剂用量对乳液的储存稳定性有着重要影响。并对皂液-模拟浅色沥青的界面张力和乳液储存稳定性进行了关联,两者呈现出较好的相关性,体系间界面张力是影响乳化沥青储存稳定性的重要原因,适当的皂液温度,乳化剂用量和pH值使界面张力降低到4.1mN· m-1左右,添加适量助剂CaCl2可进一步降低界面张力至3mN · m-1以下。乳化剂、助剂和pH值实验结果均表明,乳液若满足五天稳定性5%的标准时,界面张力需控制在4.5mN·m-1以下。正交试验和极差分析结果表明,影响界面张力和储存稳定性的因素由大到小次序为:乳化剂ZL-D用量>CaCl2用量>乳液pH值。将浅色胶结料与色浆、混合料和集料拌合成型,考察其稀浆封层的过程指标:使用ZL-D生产的乳化胶结料,混合料配比(重量比)为:彩色石料集料:水:水泥:乳化胶结料:色粉:色浆=200:7:3:20:4:1时,粘附能力强,开放交通时间短,湿轮磨耗性能优异,效果最佳,拌合时间大于2min,6天湿轮磨耗值为72.78g/m2,预计在1.5-2h内可以开放交通。

【Abstract】 Colored asphalt concrete pavement is conducive to traffic guidance,but also could prevent and control road traffic accidents in an effective way.Colored binder is the main component of colored asphalt concrete.In this paper,a C9 petroleum resin was used as the base material.Distillate oils were used as the softening and blending components,which were chosen from industrial white oil,wax oil and the high aromatic content distillate oil.Then,the colored binder was synthesized and modified by EVA.The prepared colored binder could satisfie the 70#bitumen standard.After that,SBS was used to improve the quality of the colored binder.Its viscosity-temperature performance and rheological properties were studied and compared with two commercial colored binders.Results showed that the addition of EVA and SBS can improve the softening point and penetration of the colorful binder effeciently.The addition of SBS can not only improve its ductility characteristics,but also reduce the temperature sensitivity and make it suitable for wider temperature range application.The binder also has good resistance to deformation and rutting resistance.The emulsification of the colored binder was carried out.Two kinds of emulsifiers were selected from several emulsifiers.Effect of temperature,pH value,the amount of emulsifier and CaCl2 on the storage stability is investigated.The interfacial tension of the soap and the binder was used to explain the experimental phenomenon.Results showed that there are good correlation between the interfacial tension and the storage stability of the emulsified binder.Interfacial tension is the important reason for the stability of emulsified asphalt storage.Appropriate soap temperature,emulsifier dosage and pH value could reduce the interfacial tension of emusion to a value of 4.1 mN · m-1,and the addition of CaCl2 could make the interfacial tension be decreased to less than 3 mN · m-1.Results showed that the interfacial tension should be controlled below 4.5 mN ·m-1 so that the emulsion could meet the five-day stability standard.Orthogonal tests indicated that factors affecting the interfacial tension and storage stability are in an order of,from large to small,emulsifier ZL-D dosage>CaCl2 dosage>pH value of emulsion.Finally,the emulsified binder was mixed with mixture and color aggregates.Slurry seal test of the emusifered binder was carried out.The tested aggregate composition has 200 parts of colorful stone aggregate,7 parts of water,20 parts of emulsified binder,3 parts of cement,4 parts of color powder and 1 part of color paste.Results showed that the mixing time of the aggregate composition was longer than 2 min after adding the toner and the colorant,and road traffic can be opened in 1.5-2h.The emulsified binder and colored aggregate showed excellent adhesion ability,short open traffic time and a low wet track abrasion loss.
