【摘要】 据2016年中国家庭发展报告指出,占老年人总数一半的空巢老人这个社会的特殊群体已经超过了1亿人口。老年人年龄的不断增长伴随着家庭养老功能的弱化,农村空巢老人的养老问题需要得到全社会的更多关注。近几年,国内的新闻中屡屡出现"空巢老人"意外死亡发现不及时的悲剧。根据有关的调查显示,很多的"空巢老人"的心理和身体状况都不容乐观。辽宁是一个人口大省,沈阳是有着800万人口的省会,在人口老龄化严重的今天,研究沈阳周边地区的农村空巢老人养老情况显得尤为重要。本文立足于沈阳周边地区,通过调查家庭养老、自我养老、社会养老三种养老模式下的空巢老人,首先分析其包括个体特征、家庭居住特征、收入与支出、生活照料情况、老人心里慰藉情况、休闲娱乐情况以及养老最大担忧的生活现状,再根据三种模式下的空巢老人的情况对三种养老模式在生活成本、照料成本、经济保障程度、日常照料时效性、亲情性以及满意度的优劣势分析,找出了家庭养老所面临的家庭养老负担加重、农村家庭中无人承担养老责任、对老人的重视程度降低的挑战,提出了完善家庭支持政策;转变传统养老观念;加强农村孝道文化教育的对策建议;针对当前自我养老存在经济来源不足以及生活质量低等局限,提出应该转变自我养老方式、重视老人精神层面的关照的对策建议;以及对社会养老所面临的养老机构条件有限、农村家庭的经济积累薄弱的挑战并提出了加强新型农村养老保险的建设、极构建优质的农村养老机构、发挥政府在全社会养老保障的主导作用的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the 2016 Chinese family development report pointed out that the empty nest elderly as a special group of society has more than 100 million people,accounting for half of the total number of elderly people.The status of rural Empty Nester should cause the wide attention of the whole society.In recent years,the domestic repeatedly found not timely the tragic death of Empty Nester "according to the accident.Survey shows that many" Empty Nester "either in physical or mental condition,are not optimistic.Liaoning is a populous province,is the capital of Shenyang has a population of 8 million,the population aging serious today,study around Shenyang rural area endowment situation is particularly Empty Nester important.This paper is based on the surrounding areas of Shenyang,through the investigation of family pension,self pension,three old-age social pension model under the Empty Nester,firstly including individual characteristics,family characteristics,income and expenditure,life care,elderly heart comfort,leisure and living situation of old age biggest concerns,according to the three modes of Empty Nester the three kinds of modes in the cost of living,the cost of care,economic security,daily care effectiveness,analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of affection and satisfaction,The structure of family family pension faces change,put forward to improve the family support policy;changing the traditional concept of retirement;countermeasures for strengthening rural culture of filial piety education;in the face of economic self pension shortage,low quality of life the challenge,puts forward to change self endowment;and pension institutions are facing to social pension conditions,rural household economy accumulated weak challenges and put forward to strengthen the construction of new rural endowment insurance,the construction quality of agricultural pole Village pension institutions,to play the leading role of the government in the whole social old-age security countermeasures.更多还原
