履带车辆机电复合传动模拟加载试验技术研究

【摘要】 履带车机电复合传动技术作为履带车新兴技术研究中的重要一部分,它虽然在传递方式上实现了较传统机械传动更为灵活高效的机电复合传动,但也对于履带车车载电气控制系统性能提出了更高的挑战。为了实现高效开发履带车机电复合传动的控制算法以及电气系统,从而对机电复合传动履带车测试平台也提出了具备模型仿真试验算法和条件的要求。随着计算机技术及相关电子硬件的发展,机电复合传动履带车道路行驶仿真试验也逐步被开发和发展起来。第一章介绍机电复合传动履带车技术以及其研究现状,介绍了机电复合传动履带车台架性能试验以及道路行驶仿真试验。第二章对机电复合传动履带车行驶动力学进行了介绍。主要包括履带车在水平面上的勻速直线行驶、加速直线行驶、匀速转向行驶动力学分析;在斜坡面上的匀速直线行驶、加速直线行驶、匀速转向行驶动力学分析;高速转向时在考虑离心力下的模型分析。第三章复杂行驶轨迹的设计研究。包括水平面简单行驶轨迹的设计以及含过渡曲线轨迹路线的设计;包含车辆俯仰角的空间道路轨迹设计以及同时包含车辆侧倾角、俯仰角的复杂行驶轨迹设计。第四章机电复合传动测控系统对被试件加载研究。包括机电复合传动履带车测控系统搭建以及进行道路行驶仿真时的电惯量补偿以及加载研究;结合履带车行驶动力学与道路行驶轨迹进行的行驶仿真加载试验;模型道路的实地采集重建以及进行加载试验时的离散化处理。第五章总结了全文的主要内容和研究成果,并对接下来的研究内容作了展望。

【Abstract】 Tracked vehicle with electric transmission technology as an important part of the tracked vehicle new technology research,in power transmission,although the electric drive is more flexible and efficient compared with the traditional mechanical transmission,but the performance of the electric control system of tracked vehicle need being higher and higher.In order to develop the control algorithm and the electric system of the electric drive tracked vehicle,the test platform of the electric drive tracked vehicle also needs to have the condition of the model simulation test.With the development of computer technology and related electronic hardware,the road driving simulation test of electric drive tracked vehicle has been developed and perfected step by step.The first chapter introduces the technology of electric drive tracked vehicle and its research status,introduces the performance test of the electric drive tracked vehicle and the road driving simulation test.In the second chapter,the driving model of electric drive tracked vehicle is introduced.Including the tracked vehicle in the horizontal plane and on the slope of the driving model of condition,such as uniformly in a straight line driving,speed straight line travel,uniform steering;The analysis when considering the centrifugal force model under high speed steering.The third chapter introduces the design of Complex Pavement model.Including the design of simple moving track of the horizontal plane and the design of the road surface with the transition curve,the design of the road trajectory of the vehicle pitch angle,the complex road model design including the vehicle side rake angle and pitch angle.In the fourth chapter,the load of the measurement and control system of electric drive tracked vehicle is introduced.Including electric drive tracked vehicle control system building,electric inertia compensation calculation in road simulation test.The road simulation loading test with driving model and road model of tracked vehicle.Road model of field acquisition reconstruction and discretization of loading test.The fifth chapter summarizes the main content and research results of the paper,and the research contents are discussed.
