SH公司原材料综合补货策略研究

【摘要】 本文主要是以SH公司为研究主体,在保证客户满意度的前提下,以降低原材料库存成本、提高原材料仓库运作效率为目标,深入现场调查SH公司原材料库存管理的各个环节,其中包括原材料的订货策略、入库管理、在库管理以及出库管理等,并对原材料库存的重要指标库存周转率、呆废料率进行分析,找出了原材料库存不合理的原因。目前文献研究主要集中在成品补货策略管理领域,关于制造业原材料补货策略的研究较少。通过与公司相关部门沟通,充分考虑到原材料种类的多样性、生产环境的复杂性,本文提出原材料综合补货策略来解决公司存在的问题。首先构建原材料综合补货策略框架模型,其中第一步根据原材料库存管理方法和企业物料需求计划,以及原材料单价、年需求量等特性,设计了原材料补货分类机制,将SH公司的96种原材料按照分类标准分为三类;第二步根据分类结果和原材料特性,为不同类型原材料选择适合的补货策略和库存控制方法;第三步在原材料补货策略选择的基础上,以顾客服务水平为约束,以生产运营中原材料的订货时间、订货量、订货点等为决策变量,构建了以原材料库存成本最小化为目标函数的A、B两类重要原材料的综合补货策略优化模型。然后考虑到糢型中生产用料需求和采购提前期的随机性影响,传统的数学算法很难有效解决这类问题,本文利用witness仿真软件,选择三家供应商提供的五种原材料作为仿真对象,对其补货策略模型进行仿真,分析当前库存量、整体补货量等指标,验证模型的有效性,并采用模拟退火优化算法,结合公司具体数据,求解出这五种物料的最优补货策略。最后考虑到公司的长期发展,通过对原材料需求、采购提前期和缺货成本等参数的调整,制定公司在不同情景下的最优综合补货策略。这种综合补货策略降低了公司原材料库存成本68万元左右,大大提高了原材料的库存周转率,有效的解决了企业原材料库存成本居高不下的问题,提高了员工的工作效率。该综合补货策略模型较好的体现了原材料库存系统的动态变化,与实际情况相接近,操作简便、具有很强的应用价值,在企业后期的发展过程中,可以通过简单的调整参数,制定不同的补货策略。SH公司作为中小型制造业公司,加工工艺复杂,原材料种类繁多,具有精密制造企业的一般特征,研究SH公司的原材料的补货策略对我国中小型制造企业的经济效益也有非常重要的意义。

【Abstract】 This paper takes the SH company as the research subject,under the premise of ensuring customer satisfaction,in order to reduce the inventory cost of raw materials and improve the efficiency of warehouse operations,the author investigate the field in-depth of all aspects of raw materials inventory management of SH company which including the raw material ordering strategy,warehouse-in management,inventory management and warehouse-out management etc.Besides,the paper analyzes important indicators of inventory turnover rate and waste rate for raw materials,finds out the reasons of unreasonable problems of the raw material inventory.Through communication with the relevant departments of the company,giving full consideration to the complexity of the variety of raw materials,production environment,this thesis presents a comprehensive replenishment strategy of raw materials to solve the problems exist in the company.Firstly,according to the raw material inventory management and enterprise material requirement plan,then according to the characteristics of the price of raw material and the annual demand,the paper designs the raw material replenishment classification mechanism.96 kinds of raw materials of SH company according to the classification standards are divided into three categories.According to the results of classification and characteristics of the raw materials,the paper chooses the inventory control method and strategy for different types of raw materials.Secondly,on the basis of the option of comprehensive replenishment strategy,taking customer service level for constraint,and taking ordering time,order quantity,reorder point of the actual production operation for decision variables,this paper constructs an integrated replenishment of raw materials strategy for AB two important types based on the raw material inventory minimization as the objective function.Owing to random effects of production materials demand and purchasing lead time in mathematic model,the traditional method is difficult to solve this kind of problem In this paper,by using WITNESS simulation software,choosing five kinds of raw material provided by three suppliers as the simulation objects,the paper simulates the model of replenishment strategy,analyses the indicators of current inventory and the overall volume of replenishment and other,and verifies the validity of the model Using the simulated annealing optimization algorithm,combined with the specific data,this paper calculates the five kinds of material replenishment strategy.By the end of the procurement of raw materials demand,lead time and stock out cost parameter adjustment,the different scenarios of optimal replenishment strategy of enterprise are set in this paper.This kind of comprehensive replenishment strategy reduces the company’s inventory of raw material costs by 680000 yuan,greatly improving the raw material inventory turnover rate,effectively solving the enterprise raw material inventory cost,and improving the efficiency of the staff.The comprehensive replenishment model which is close to the actual situation with simple operation and strong application value can better reflect the dynamic changes in raw material inventory system.In the process of late development,the enterprise can formulate different replenishment strategies through the simple adjustment of parameters.As a small and medium-sized manufacturing company,SH company has complex processing technology,variety of raw materials and general characteristics of precision manufacturing enterprise.Thus,it has very important significance to study the economic benefits of SH raw material replenishment strategy for small and medium manufacturing enterprises in China.
