《边区群众报》的群众路线办报实践研究

【摘要】 《边区群众报》创办于1940年3月25日的革命圣地延安,是陕甘宁边区党委机关报、中共中央西北局党委机关报,是一份适合群众需要的通俗化报纸。作为延安时期最“接地气”的一份群众报刊,《边区群众报》成为新闻媒体践行群众路线的典范。它始终以“办一份老百姓喜闻乐见的报纸”为办报宗旨,真正做到“从群众中来,到群众中去”,关心群众,服务群众,凭借其定位准确的语言、丰富的题材和多样的体裁,得到百姓欢迎与爱戴。在其群众路线办报实践中摸索出诸多切合实际的好做法：一方面,坚持从群众中来,依靠人民群众办报,主动俯身融入群众生产生活,批判性的吸收群众文化中的精华,并广泛发动群众参与办报；另一方面,努力实现到群众中去,以服务群众为最终目的,以简单具体而又短小精悍的语言去适应文化相对落后的边区群众,用群众喜闻乐见表现形式传达党的大政方针,稳定边区民心,根据群众实际需要,有针对性提供帮助与指导,促进群众生产生活,同时积极宣传与鼓励读报学习活动,努力提高群众文化水平。从内容到形式、从理论到实践,群众路线实践活动始终伴随着《边区群众报》的发展壮大。党的十八大以来,全国各地自上而下广泛开展了群众路线教育活动。各地新闻媒体不仅是宣传报道群众路线实践活动的主阵地,同时新闻界自身也开展起广泛的群众路线教育活动,产生了良好的社会效果。在这种背景下,对《边区群众报》成功经验的梳理与总结对我国现阶段的媒体发展有指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Created on March 25th 1940 in Yan’an, The Border Mass is the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Party Commission newspaper and CPC Central Committee North-West Bureau Party Commission newspaper, and also is the popularization newspaper suitable for the mass needs.As the most "intimate" mass newspaper in Yan’an stage, The Border Mass is the paradigm for media to practice mass line. It consistently sticks to the newspaper tenet of "founding the newspaper popular among the mass", truly implements "come from the mass and go to the mass", cares for the mass, serves the mass and wins favor and reputation by accurate language, rich themes and diversified genres. On one hand, it sticks to come from the mass and run newspaper with the help of the mass. It actively integrates into mass’s life, critically absorbs essence in mass culture and broadly advocates the mass to participate in running newspaper. On the other hand, it strives to go back to the mass, takes serving the mass as the ultimate goal, adapts to the border people with backward culture background by simple, specific, concise and sharp language. It delivers Party’s polices and guidelines by pleasant form and stabilizes people’s heart in the border region. In addition, it also provides help and guidance according to people’s actual needs, promotes mass’s life and production, actively promotes and encourages to read newspaper, thus making efforts to improve mass’s cultural level. From content to form, from theory to practice, mass line practice activities consistently accompany the development and expanding of The Border Mass.Since the 18th National Party Congress, the whole nation has broadly developed mass line education activity. Media at all places not only is the battle position for promoting and reporting mass line practices, but also develops broad mass line education activity, which has good social effect.
