【副题名】以青岛大学为例

【摘要】 “体育支教活动”是“在校体育类大学生利用课余时间对就近区域内农村中小学进行每周为期一天的体育教学活动”的简称,是一项公益性的活动,是贯彻科学发展观,促进城乡一体化的重要举措,也是全面发展体育教育事业,培养优秀的体育教学人才,促进我国农村中小学学生全面健康成长的重要途径。本研究从为保障体育支教活动能够长期、有效的运行,从体育支教活动整个运行流程出发,以青岛大学体育学院师生、被支教中小学为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,以青岛大学体育支教活动在宣传招募、培训派遣、管理服务、激励保障四项机制为研究对象,提出问题,对青岛大学体育支教活动现状进行调查分析。研究结果是：体育支教活动在对支教人员自身素质提升；改善被支教地区教学环境、资源,加强被支教地区学生健康水平；以及促进社会各基层人群对体育事业关注,加快实现城乡共同发展方面有显著作用。但日益形式化的体育支教事业在宣传招募、培训派遣、管理服务、激励评价等方面仍不尽完善,建议从体育支教活动创造的价值出发,通过对组织引导机制、人才培养机制、健全社会保障机制、激励评价机制的完善,能够加快城乡一体化的进程,促进我国体育教师事业的全面均衡发展,为我国进行体育支教事业长期、有效的运行加快城乡一体化进程提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Sports support education" is "school sports students use spare time in the area nearby rural weekly for a period of a day of physical education teaching activities" referred to in primary and middle schools, is a public welfare activities, is to implement the scientific development view, promote the integration of urban and rural areas is an important initiatives, is the comprehensive development of the cause of physical education, cultivation of sports talent in teaching, primary and secondary school students comprehensive healthy development of an important way to improve China’s rural.In this study for the protection of Sports support education activities to long-term, effective operation, from sports to teach an activity to the operation of the entire process of, to Qingdao University, Institute of physical education teachers and students as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, interview method, logic analysis, Qingdao university Sports support education activities in the propaganda recruit training course, send links, management service link, incentive security link status were investigated and analyzed, for Sports support education activities long-term, effective operation provide data support.Results:Sports support education activities in raising the qualities of teaching staff; be improved area education teaching environment, resources, enhanced by volunteer students health level; and to promote the social each grass-roots crowd of sports cause for concern, accelerate to realize the common development of urban and rural areas has significant effect. But increasingly in the form of Sports support education career in publicity and recruitment, training and deployment, service management, incentive evaluation is still not perfect, recommendations from the Sports support education activities to create the value of, through the organization guidance mechanism, personnel training mechanism, improve the social security system, improve the evaluation mechanism of incentive, can accelerate the process of integration of urban and rural areas, promote the comprehensive and balanced development of China’s sports career, for our country of Sports support education long-term, effective operation of accelerate the process of integration of urban and rural areas to provide the reference.更多还原
