WST公司冷机加车间精益生产的设计研究

【摘要】 随着各种技术日新月异的发展,新行业产生的速度越来越快,那些传统的制造业所占的市场份额越来越少。传统的制造业要在新的市场背景下继续发展并保持自身的竞争优势,势必要进行不断的创新,这种创新不仅是技术层面的,更是生产模式层面的。精益生产的思想在日本丰田取得巨大成功后,就迅速被引入到各国,成为各国制造业所追求的生产模式。根据我国当前的情况,精益生产的理论对于亟需结构调整的中国制造业依然具有适用性。本文以WST公司为研究对象,研究了精益生产在WST公司中的应用。首先介绍了精益生产的起源及内涵、实施原则及实施效果等。然后梳理研究了WST公司的经营现状,深度剖析公司生产当前存在的一系列问题,发现WST公司在生产上目前存在产品质量不稳定、交货时间不能保证等问题。根据这些存在的问题构建了一套精益生产的体系并将其在冷机加车间的“大规格棒材表面光洁度”项目上投入试用,最终达到了提高产品的成品率、节约原材料、压缩生产成本的效果。虽然精益生产不是一种新的生产方法,但是在我国传统的冶金企业中全面推行实施还很少见,所以期待这套精益生产的体系在WST公司的实践中能够得到进一步的丰富,并能为国内同行业的企业在推行精益生产提供一定的借鉴和参考。
【Abstract】 With rapid development of various technologies, the generation of new industries are getting more fast while the market share of traditional manufacturing industries are getting less. In order to maintain their continuous development and their competitive advantages under the background of the new market, traditional manufacturing industries are bound to make continuous innovation. And the innovation should not only be at the technical level but also be at the production model level. After great success of the thought of lean production of TOYOTA in Japan, lean production was soon introduced to many countries and became a production model pursued by manufacture industries all over the world. According to the current situation of our country, the theory of lean production is still applicable to the structural adjustment of China’s manufacturing industry.Based on WST company as the research object, this paper studied the application of lean production in the company of WST. Firstly, the origin and connotation of lean production are introduced as well as its implementation principle and effect, etc. Then, the WST company’s operating status is studied, and a series of current production issues of WST are analyzed in depth. It has been discovered that there are existing issues of WST’s production like unstable product quality and uncertain delivery time and so on. According to those existing issues, a set of lean production system is constructed and it is used on the project of "large size rod surface smoothness" of the cold machining workshop. Finally, the rate of finished products is improved, the raw material is saved and the production cost is compressed. The effect is proved to be great.Although lean production is not a new production method, it is still rare that full implementation of lean production in the traditional metallurgical enterprises in our country. Therefore, it is expected that this set of lean production system could be further enriched in company practice of WST, and at the same time, certain reference could be provided for the enterprises in the same industry on the implementation of lean production and lean management.
