【摘要】 随着工业化的发展,人类与环境的关系日益恶化。企业作为自然资源的主要消耗者和废弃物的排放者,在环境管理、节约能源与减排降污方面有着不可推卸的责任。但是在现阶段我国大部分企业受到传统经营理念的影响,在履行环境责任方面缺乏意识和行动。如何有效地转变企业经营理念,将企业的经济责任和环境责任有机统一起来一直是社会共同关注的话题。目前我国对于污染严重的行业企业采取了严格的约束机制,企业在履行环保责任方面卓有成效。但是对于建筑施工企业,相应的机制和办法还相当不完善。鉴于此,本文在研究HMC集团环境责任履行现状的基础上提出建议和对策,希望为建筑施工行业企业在此领域的研究和实践提供参考。本文运用文献研究法、比较研究法、理论联系实际的方法、案例分析法以及实地调查的方法,采用动态视角,对HMC集团履行环境责任问题作了系统的探讨和研究。本文首先探源国内外关于企业社会责任和环境责任的理论和践行,对环境责任作出了界定并提出履行环境责任的必要性和迫切性。其次,针对HMC集团进行了问卷、访谈、实地考察、阅读资料等方式,从环境管理、节约资源能源和减排降污等方面对企业履行环境责任的现状进行归整。通过分析现有状况,找出企业履行环境责任中存在的制度措施、技术力量、经营模式和政府监管等方面的局限。最后论文针对HMC集团的不足和原因,从健全企业自身的环境管理机制、与政府沟通协作、以及推动行业协会作用等三个角度给出了企业履行环境责任的建议与对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the development of the industrialization,the relationship of the nature and human beings become worse and worse.The enterprises,as the main consumers of the natural resources and the producers of the waste,have the compelling obligation to improve the environment by self-management,such as saving energy and reducing the waste emission.But in current situation,most of the enterprises refuse to take the responsibility owing to the traditional management concept that the responsibility of making profits is contrary to the environmental responsibility.How to unite these two ones has being a hot topic for the whole globe.Nowadays,our government has taken severe regulation measures on the industrial enterprises which give the baneful influence on the environment.But for the construction enterprises,the similar measures are still absent.Because of that,this paper puts forward some solutions and suggestions after giving a research on the current environmental protection measures by HMC Group.This paper uses data studies,comparative research method,integrate theory with practice method,analysis by synthesis and case study.With dynamic perspective,the paper gives a discussion and study on the practice of corporate environmental responsibility of HMC Group.First this paper defines corporate environments responsibility and expresses the importance and necessity of performing the environment responsibility on the base of reviewing the theories and practice of corporate social responsibility and environmental responsibility in the historic period.Then it presents the current situations of HMC Group from the aspects of environmental management,energy and resource saving and waste reduction and emission and finds out the reasons of the faultiness.At last,this paper puts forward some resolutions to the problem such as perfecting the environmental management system,cooperating with the government and developing the functions of industry association.更多还原
