【摘要】 仓储物资,又可称为库存,是为了满足企业日常生产经营管理需要而暂时储备的闲置、待用资源。其目的,一是保持生产运作的独立性;二是满足生产经营需求变化的需要;三是克服物资交货时间、供货周期的限制;四是发挥规模采购优势,采用科学合理的经济订货量,实现平衡供给和节约资金。但是在看到其优势的同时,也应注意其自身弊端所在,如,占用大量企业资金;增加企业管理成本;库存、周转损耗及火灾、盗抢等风险;且常常成为企业掩盖管理问题的借口。吉林石化公司属综合型石油化工企业,其装置是一个无缝衔接、联系紧密的生产过程,其生产运行的连续性直接关系企业的经济效益。检维修物资的仓储管理作为其企业生产经营管理的重要环节,企业的生产经营、生产装置的检维修施工管理,以及大量与生产息息相关的工程建设活动,都离不开仓储检维修物资的支持,其管理水平也会直接对企业的生产运行产生较为重大的影响。吉林石化公司通过中国石油天然气集团公司统一的物资仓储管理平台,实施以统一业务流程、统一业务平台的专业化管理模式,使得检维修物资仓储管理工作逐渐步入规范管理的轨道。但是作为一个成立多年的老企业,无论从原始的的企业组织架构到员工思想,都与现代化企业有着较大的差距,在逐步进行现代化企业改造过程中,不断暴露出新的问题和挑战。本文通过分析吉林石化公司检维修物资仓储现状,针对仓储业务管理不规范的问题、仓储物资占用资金多的问题、仓储管理队伍无法满足现代化管理的问题、仓储库房建设无法满足现代化库存管理需求的问题,以及库房布局不合理、存在严重的火灾隐患、在库物资信息共享性差等突出问题,无法满足现代化企业的仓储要求,运用物流管理、供应链管理、仓储管理等相关理论知识,使用现场调查、文献研究、定量定性分析、经验总结等方法,结合吉林石化公司管理实际,从完善规章制度和流程、加强库房布局规划和建设、强化库存物资控制、积极应用物资信息化管理系统等方面入手,提出了规范吉林石化公司检维修物资仓储管理的改善策略和方案。通过成立以检维修物资、原材料、产成品为管理对象的专业化管理队伍,完善体制机制,优化库房规划和布局,运用信息化技术,强化库存管控,持续提升仓储作业水平,解决物资仓储管理中存在的突出问题,促进检维修物资仓储管理水平不断提高。更多还原
