长春市人民大街与自由大路交叉口运行效率分析与控制优化

【摘要】 本文以长春市人民大街与自由大路交叉口为例,机动车为研究对象,分析长周期控制方案下交叉口车辆的运行效率。详细介绍了绿灯启亮后车辆通过交叉口的消散过程,分析了长周期所引起的长排队对有展宽式信号交叉口进口道车辆运行状态的影响,利用人工计数法与摄像法相结合采集交叉口上游路段车辆到达率、交叉口释放交通量以及车辆排队长度等数据。以人民大街自由大路交叉口北进口为例,利用视频采集数据统计分析头车疏解车距,发现专用左转车道的左转车辆头车疏解车距最大,最内侧直行车道的头车疏解车距最小,对头车疏解车距的影响因素进行分析,得到车道类型和车道位置是影响头车疏解车距的主要因素。并利用统计方法对不同类型车道的头车疏解车距分布进行拟合,结果表示专用左转车道和最外侧直行车道的头车疏解车距可以用正态分布得到很好的拟合,最内侧直行车道的头车疏解车距可以用对数正态分布得到很好的拟合。为具体分析排队车辆释放过程车头时距的变化,通过视频数据与人工计数相结合的方法统计调查地点北进口各车道平均排队长度以及饱和车头时距。并具体分析了后续到达车辆车头时距随着排队位置后移的变化规律,通过平峰期数据与高峰期数据的比较,得到长周期信号配时方案下车辆车头时距的一般变化规律,并分析其影响因素。最后利用调查统计得到的各车道首车疏解车距以及饱和车头时距,以及高峰小时流率,结合城市道路设计规范中提到的通行能力计算方法,计算该交叉口各进口道以及总交叉口通行能力,并计算出各进口道饱和度,经计算各进口道饱和度均在0.78以上,服务水平较低,所以考虑对此交叉口进行优化改进。对交叉口进行信号优化可以有效提高交叉口运行效率,车辆平均延误、车辆排队长度等是评价交叉口的运行效率主要指标。本文利用基于车头时距统计分析的信号优化方法和韦伯斯特配时方法分别对交叉口平峰期与高峰期时段进行信号配时,利用VISSIM仿真对交叉口的运行状况进行模拟,采用车辆平均延误、最大排队长度、平均排队长度三个指标对优化前与优化后的交叉口运行效率进行分析比较,平峰期车头时距分析方案评价指标提升率为19.71%,韦伯斯特方案评价指标提升率达到17.71%,高峰期评价指标提升率达到6.86%。本文最后通过对本次研究的总结与思考,提出了对以后研究的优化设计,以弥补研究中出现的不足。
【Abstract】 In this paper, taking Changchun City People’s street and free road intersection as an example, the vehicle as the research object, the analysis of the operation efficiency of the vehicle under the long cycle control program. The dissipation process of the vehicle passing through the intersection is introduced in detail, analyzed the long queue caused by the long cycle of spread type signalized intersections affected the running state of the vehicle. Using artificial counting method and imaging method combined with the acquisition of intersection upstream sections of the vehicle arrival rate, the release of intersection traffic volume and vehicle queue length data.Taking north approach of People’s street and free road intersection as an example, vehicle first discharge headway is analyzed using video capture. The vehicle first discharge headway of left turn lane is the largest and the vehicle first discharge headway of inside straight lane is the smallest. Analyzing the factors that influence on first discharge headway, the lane type and lane position are the main factors that influence the first discharge headway. And the use of statistical methods for different types of Lane first discharge headway distribution fitting results show exclusive left turn lane and outermost straight lane the first discharge headway with normal distribution well fitting, fitting inside of the straight lane the first discharge headway with lognormal distribution is obtained good. In order to analyze the variation of the headway of queuing vehicle release process, the average queue length and the saturation headway of each lane are statistically analyzed by using the method of video data and artificial counting. Detailed analysis of the follow-up to the vehicle headway changes with the line shift the position, by comparing the peak hour data and rush hour data, the general variation law of vehicle headway under long period signal timing scheme is obtained and analyzing its influencing factors. First discharge headway and saturation headway, and rush peak hour rate were obtained by survey. Combined with the calculation method of the capacity of city road design specifications, capacity of the intersection of the road and saturation were calculated. The calculation of the approach saturation was above 0.78, the service level is low, so consider this intersection optimization.The signal optimization of the intersection can effectively improve the operating efficiency of the intersection, the average vehicle delay, the vehicle queue length is the main index of the operational efficiency of the cross port. In this paper, a statistical analysis based on the front of eccentricity signal optimization method and Webster with methods of intersection flat peak and peak signal, using the VISSIM simulation of intersection operation was simulated, and the average vehicle delay, maximum queue length, average queue length of the three indicators were used to analyze and compare before optimization and after optimization of intersection operation efficiency, flat peak front distance analysis program evaluation index upgrade rate for 19.71%. Webster scheme evaluation index upgrade rate reached 17.71%, the peak index upgrade rate reach 6.86%.Above all, the thesis research, finally in this paper, the research work on the concrete analysis and thinking, and further optimize the space, and made a reasonable design for future work, improve the deficiency in this article.
