【摘要】 城市轨道交通车辆电气系统的安装与检修是城市轨道交通车辆专业学生必须掌握的关键技能。而技能的习得不能仅仅依靠教师的讲授,更需要大量反复的操作训练。由于城市轨道交通类专业为新兴专业,各种实践教学设备尚不完善,配套的教仪教具非常有限。尤其车辆电气系统相关实训设备均以感性认识为主,用于操作训练的实训装置仍沿用原有机电类专业的实训装置,而少有的具有专业特色的教学设备大多体型庞大,价格昂贵,维护维修不便。因此,开发与轨道交通专业职业技能相配套的实验实训设备,模拟真实职场环境,将生产性项目引入实训教学体系是相当必要的。本文阐述的城市轨道交通车辆电气安装与检修实训设备,将城市轨道交通车辆实际电气系统中的典型电路从系统中分离出来,进行简化及改造,模拟了实际车辆电路的外观形态以及工作原理,使其便于学生进行大量反复的操作训练,帮助学生进行专业知识学习和实践技能训练,为学生日后走向城市轨道交通制造、运营企业的车辆电气安装、维护、维修等岗位打下基础。论文详细论述了学生、学校、企业对实训教学的需求,分析了实训设备应当具有的功能,包括电气系统原理演示功能,电气线路安装规划训练功能,电工单项技能训练功能,电气配线布线训练功能以及电气系统检查维修训练功能。依据功能需求,在整个列车的电气系统中进行了分析筛选,最终确定了车辆外部照明电路作为实训设备的载体电路,并根据列车实际的电气原理图,对车辆外部照明电路的功能及工作原理进行了充分的分析研究。在保证实训设备安全、实用、方便和经济的原则下,对设备电路、外观以及配套实训教学资料进行了设计,形成了一套完整的车辆电气安装与检修实验实训系统。目前,本文所述实训设备已经在理论与实训教学中得到应用并产生了较好的教学效果,同时作为师资培训设备和竞赛培训设备在师资培养和学生的自我发展中发挥了更大的作用,如果能得到进一步的推广必将产生更大的社会效益与经济效益。希望通过本文的研究,丰富和完善城市轨道交通类专业的实验实训条件,提高人才培养质量,同时也希望能为其他实训设备的研制提供创意与思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The installation and maintenance of electrical system of urban rail transit vehicles are the key skills of the students of urban rail transit vehicles. The acquisition of skills can not only rely on the teaching of teachers, but also requires a lot of repeated operation and training. Urban rail transit specialty is a new professional. Practice teaching equipment is not perfect. Supporting teaching tools are very limited. In particular, the vehicle electrical system related training equipment are mainly based on perceptual knowledge. Training device is still in use of the original mechanical and electrical professional training device. The teaching equipment with special characteristics is large in size, expensive in price, inconvenient in maintenance and repair. Therefore, it is quite necessary to develop the experimental and practical training equipment which is necessary for the professional skills of rail traffic. It can simulate the real workplace environment, the production of the project into the training teaching system.In this paper, the electrical installation and maintenance training equipment of urban rail transit vehicles are described. The typical circuit in the actual electric system of the urban rail transit vehicle is separated from the system. After simplification and transformation, the appearance and working principle of the actual vehicle circuit are simulated. Make it easy for students to carry out a large number of repeated operation and training. It helps students to carry out professional knowledge learning and practical skills training. It lays the foundation for the students to the electrical installation, maintenance and repair of the urban rail transit vehicles. The paper elaborates the needs of students, schools and enterprises in the training teaching. The function of training equipment should be analyzed, including electric system principle demonstration function, electrical wiring installation planning and training function, electrical single skill training function, electrical wiring and wiring training function and electrical system inspection and maintenance training function. According to the functional requirements, the electrical system of the whole train was analyzed and screened. In the end, the vehicle external illumination circuit is used as the carrier of the training equipment. According to the electric principle diagram of the train, the function and working principle of the external lighting circuit are analyzed and studied. Under the principle of ensuring the safety, practicality, convenience and economy of practical training equipment, the design of equipment circuit, appearance and supporting training teaching materials are designed. The formation of a complete set of vehicle electrical installation and maintenance of experimental training system.At present, the training equipment in this paper has been applied in the teaching of theory and practice and has produced a good teaching effect. As a teacher training equipment and competition training equipment in the teacher training and the development of students play a greater role. If we can get further promotion will have greater social benefits and economic benefits. Hope that through this study, enrich and improve the urban rail transit professional experimental training conditions, improve the quality of personnel training.
