【摘要】 工商局为了理顺业务之间的关系,将工作效能进一步提高,加快政府部门在服务上的转变,这些服务包括在对企业和社会的,为了使市场监管的现代化,使用了信息化手段。建设锡林郭勒盟工商局的业务信息综合应用系统,这种做法能够促进多项业务职能的协同工作和信息的共享,是信息化发展创新的必由之路,是进一步落实锡林郭勒盟工商业务的具体行动。本文设计的是锡林郭勒盟工商局业务信息综合应用系统,此系统的开发能够提高市场监管效能。系统从功能上分为4个大的模块,分别为主体登记、主体辅助业务、主体业务查询和业务统计。其中主体登记包括名称业务办理、内资业务办理、外资业务办理和个体业务办理。主体辅助业务包括文书打印、证照补打、超级修改、档案移交、地址勘察。主体业务查询包括七个模块,包括各种查询和统计。在对工商局业务信息综合应用系统的设计和实现的过程中,对系统的研究意义进行了阐述,对办公的信息化形式的现状进行分析。系统从功能上分为4个大的模块,分析四个模块的用例,从系统的易操作性、健壮性、稳定性和安全性对系统的性能进行分析。需求分析之后,对业务信息综合应用系统进行了概要设计,包括总体结构的设计,总体上系统分为四个层次,然后对系统的功能结构进行设计,主要的7个数据库表进行了表结构的设计。详细设计和实现了系统,详细设计了四个模块的主要功能,包括业务流程和界面。最后对系统进行了测试,从方法和内容进行介绍,设计了测试用例,能够达到测试系统的功能模块的正确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to further smooth the business relationship, improve work efficiency, industrial and commercial bureau of Xilin Gol League accelerates the transformation process of the functions and social services in government departments and enterprises. It adopts the means of information to realize the modernization of market regulation. It promotes a number of business functions, collaboration and information sharing. They construct the system. This is the only way in information support business development. It is also the specific action to implement industrial and commercial business strategy. The system is designed in this paper, the development of this system can improve the efficiency of market supervision.This system is divided into four modules, they are the main registration, the main auxiliary business, the main business inquiry and business statistics. The main body of the registration includes the name business, domestic business, foreign business and individual business management. The main business includes auxiliary print documents and license make, modify, file transfer, super address survey. Main business query includes seven modules respectively, they are done / has to do query, application case query, main players in the market query, investment query, investment relationship query, increase and reduction query and survival time limit query. Business statistics includes business volume statistics and workload statistics.In the process of design and implementation of the system, the significance is described, the development status of the information form of office is analyzed. The system is divided into four modules, and the use cases of the four modules are analyzed. The performance of the system is analyzed from easy to operate, robustness, stability and security. After demand analysis, it is the outline design of the system that is the overall structure, the system is divided into four layers, designing the structure and function of the system and the seven main database tables. After the outline design, it is detailed design and implementation of the system. In this paper, it designs four modules in detail and implementation of the business process and interface. At last, the business information integrated application system is tested, it introduces the test method and content, and the function module of the system is tested by test cases.更多还原
