【摘要】 本文研究农民专业合作社融资问题,首先分析了农民专业合作社的发展与融资现状,借助理论研究与实证研究的方法分析了影响农民专业合作社融资能力的主要因素,并以齐齐哈尔市克山县农民专业合作社融资情况为案例进行实证研究,最终提出提升农民专业合作融资能力的对策建议。因此,我们认为以农民专业合作社融资问题作为研究对象,并且全面地把握农民专业合作社融资变化与整个农村经济发展的关系,对于提升农民专业合作社盈利能力,促进农村金融机构发展具有重要意义。长期以来,国内和国外关于农民专业合作社融资的理论与实践经验不够充分,已有的一些做法还不足以完全照搬。本文依据现有的理论和实践经验,对金融机构提供给合作社的信贷支持情况进行了深入研究,提出一些创新性的政策建议,为政府部门、科研院所以及企事业单位提供丰富的理论研究依据。本文以黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市比较有代表性的几个农民专业合作社实际融资情况作为分析对象,构建农民专业合作社融资能力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法、专家调查法进行影响因素剖析与融资能力评价。最终,本文从合作社自身、银行、政府三方面提出提升合作社融资能力的对策建议。因此,本研究具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the financing of farmer cooperatives.We analyzed the current situation and financing development of farmer cooperatives, with theoretical research and empirical research to analyze the main factors affecting the financing capacity of farmer cooperatives, and farmers’ cooperatives in Qiqihar City Keshanfinancing for the empirical case studies, and ultimately proposed to enhance the capacity of farmers’ professional cooperative financing countermeasures. Therefore, we believe that farmer cooperatives financing for the study, and will fully grasp the relationship between changes in the financing of farmer cooperatives and the entire rural economic development, to enhance the profitability of farmer cooperatives, promoting the development of rural financial institutions is important.For a long time, domestic and foreign theoretical and practical experience on farmer cooperatives financing is insufficient, some of the practices is not enough to completely copy. In this paper, based on the existing theoretical and practical experience of financial institutions to credit cooperatives supported by in-depth research, we put forward some innovative policy recommendations, provide a wealth of theoretical research basis for government departments, and research institutes and enterprises.In this paper, we take Qiqihar City of Heilongjiang Province, more representative of the actual number of farmer cooperatives financing situation as object of analysis,construct the evaluation index system for financing capacity of farmer cooperatives, and useanalytic hierarchy process and expert investigation method to take factors analysis and financial capacity evaluation. Finally, the paper proposes to enhance co-financing capacity of suggestions from the cooperatives themselves, banks and government.
