牡丹江地区农村小微企业融资问题研究

【摘要】 农村小微企业不同于城市小微企业,它们大多建立在我国的乡镇和农村,通常规模比较小,经营的方式主要是对农产品进行养殖、种植以及加工等。在亚太经济体中,小微企业是其很关键的一个组成,其能够有效的促进其经济进步,避免让更多的人失业。但是由于这些农村小微企业具有规模小,没有雄厚的资本,容易受到风险的侵袭、信用等级较低等经营缺陷,因此使其在融资过程中,往往出现“融资难”的状况。为解决当前我国小微企业融资难的问题,本文以牡丹江农村小微企业为研究对象,对其融资问题进行了详细分析。论文共分为7个章节,第一章对论文研究背景、国内外研究现状进行了概述;第二章对论文研究过程中涉及到的基本概念、理论进行了阐述;第三章通过实地调查以及网络信息的广泛搜索得到了牡丹江地区农村小微企业融资现状;第四章过分析牡丹江地区农村小微企业所面临的资金供求矛盾,挖掘出存在于牡丹江地区微企金融支持系统中的问题;第五章分析了当前国内外关于农村小微企业融资的经验;第六章基于上文所得到的分析结果,并结合牡丹江农村小微企业发展的实际,提出了相应的解决对策。通过本文的研究可以得到如下结论:(1)目前牡丹江地区有80.15%的农村小微企业存在资金缺口。而且绝大数需要融资的农村小微企业其所需要的融资规模主要集中在100万以内和100-200万;选择融资渠道时,首选的方式是银行类金融机构,其次为自筹资金和民间借贷。而对于非银行类金融机构,并没有农村小微企业将其作为首选的融资渠道。(2)牡丹江地区农村微企融资融资问题表现为融资成本逐年增加、资金经营能力下降、融资风险逐年增加、融资难度逐年增加等几个方面。而产生这些问题的原因在于农村小微企业自身原因、金融服务体系的原因和政策的原因。(3)本文从农村小微企业自身融资能力的提升、金融机构为推动农村小微企业发展采取一系列金融创新、强化政府服务融资职能3个方面提出了相应的农村小微企业融资问题解决措施。
【Abstract】 Small and micro enterprises in rural areas are different from urban small and micro enterprises, they are mostly built in China’s township and rural areas, usually in relatively small size. Their way of operation is mainly for farming, cultivation and processing of agricultural products, etc.. In the Asia Pacific economy, small and micro enterprises is a key component, which can effectively promote its economic progress and avoid unemployment for more people. However, because of the small scale and a lack of strong capital support, rural small and micro businesses are vulnerable to the risk of invasion, low credit rating management defects, which constantly appear in the process of financing or financing situations.In order to solve the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises in our country, this paper makes a detailed analysis on the financing problems of small and micro enterprises in rural areas of Mudanjiang. This paper is divided into 7 chapters. In the first chapter of the thesis, research background, research status at home and abroad are summarized; the second chapter elaborates on the basic concepts and theories related to the research process; the third chapter has been through extensive field survey and network information search about Mudanjiang small and micro businesses financing status and analysis of the contradiction of the supply and demand of funds in Mudanjiang that small and micro businesses are facing with; the fourth chapter explores the existing problems in the Mudanjiang area of micro enterprises financial support system; the fifth chapter analyzes the current domestic and foreign rural small and micro businesses financing experience; the sixth chapter is based on the analysis of the results obtained above and combined with the actual development of small and micro enterprises in Mudanjiang, putting forward the corresponding countermeasures at last.The following conclusions can be obtained from this study:(1) There are 80.15% rural small and micro enterprises in Mudanjiang area, there is a funding gap. But most need the required size of the financing small and micro businesses financing mainly concentrated in less than 1 million and 100-200 million; the choice of financing channels, is the preferred way of banking financial institutions, followed by self and private lending. For non-banking financial institutions, there are no small and micro enterprises in rural areas as the preferred financing channels.(2) The financing problem of rural micro enterprises in Mudanjiang area is shown as the increasing of the cost of financing, the decline of the fund management ability, the increasing of the financing risk and the difficulty of financing, and so on. The reasons for these problems are caused by the reasons of the small and micro enterprises in rural areas, the reasons for the financial service system and the reasons for the policy.(3) From 3 aspects this thesis intends to solve the financing problems for rural small and micro businesses in Mudanjiang: to enhance their ability to finance, financial institutions’ taking a series of innovations to promote the development of micro enterprises, and government support to strengthen the service functions of financing.
