自动铺带自然路径计算方法研究

【摘要】 自动铺带是最近些年发展起来的一种先进的复合材料成型技术。这种技术,在北美等国家广泛应用到航空航天的领域,而我国仍处于初期阶段。自动铺带必需沿着自然路径进行,所以自动铺带技术的核心是自然路径的算法的研究。这也是本文的研究主要内容。主要完成以下几个方面的问题。(1)对已有的自动铺带自然路径算法,做了分析比较,针对其优缺点,选出更合适的设计方法,也就是测地坐标系方法。(2)克服传统复合材料自动铺带路径规划中自然路径算法的缺点,给出新的自然路径计算方法。新的方法具有较高的自动化程度;建立了必要的、灵活响应的误差控制机制。(3)结合Matlab和VC++进行混合编程,开发初步的自然路径规划仿真的软件模块,对所给的算法进行了仿真验证。本论文的研究工作得到国家自然科学基金(51075206)和国家自然科学基金(51575266)的资助。

【Abstract】 Automatic tape laying(ATL) is one of the advanced composite material automatic forming technology, which is developed in recent years. ATL has been widely applied in aerospace and aviation industry to produce complicated-shaped components in North America and Europe. But in China it just be started. ATL is always based on the natural path. So the study of the algorithm of natural path is at the core of the technology of ATL. This is also the topic of this thesis. The main works are as follows:(1) Analyse the previous algorithms of natural path in ATL, compare their advantages and disadvantages, choose a more suitable design method, which is based on geodesic reference frame to be used in this thesis.(2) Overcome the shortcomings of the traditional natural path algorithms in ATL of composite materials, give a new method to calculate the natural path. The new method has a high degree of automation. Then a necessary and flexible error control mechanism is established.(3) By mixed programming of Matlab and VC++,The primary natural path simulation software is developed and the algorithm was simulated and verified.The project of the research presented in this paper is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51075026) and(51575266).
