【摘要】 汽车涂装作为汽车生产的一个重要环节,已经越来越受到人们的重视。汽车涂料的类型以及喷涂方式的选择,对后续汽车使用过程中车体受腐蚀与否、车内紫外线防护、车辆美观以及减小行驶过程中的风阻有着重要影响。随着汽车工业的发展,汽车喷涂材料和喷涂技术也经历了从无到有,喷涂工艺从粗糙到精细的转变。并且随着材料和理念的革新,越来越多新型的喷涂方式被采用。本文沿着汽车喷涂材料和喷涂技术发展轨迹,详细描述了国内外汽车喷涂材料和喷涂技术的发展概况。主要集中在以下三个方面:(1)详述了汽车涂装工艺。对国内外典型的汽车涂装工艺进行了详细介绍,对一般的工艺流程进行了介绍,并对当前先进的涂装工艺,如:无磷化处理、“三湿”新工艺、干式喷漆等工艺进行重点阐述。通过对传统和先进喷涂工艺的介绍,指出了我国在喷涂工艺上与国际先进水平的差距。(2)针对传统的“三涂两烘”喷涂工艺,提出了改进的“三涂一烘”喷涂工艺。将原来的需要两次烘干变成一次烘干。极大地降低了能耗与污染。并且“三涂一烘”喷涂工艺只需要一套烘干设备,不仅节约了资金而且提高了效率。“三涂一烘”能够减少烘干的次数的关键就是“湿碰湿”工艺。(3)对比新型涂料和传统涂料及相关涂装工艺在工作效率、节能减排和技术管理方面的优劣,为汽车消费者提供参考依据。同时针对新型涂料和涂装工艺的发展特点展望汽车涂料行业的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of car production automobile painting has attracted more and more attention. Types of automobile coating and spraying way has an important effect on use of cars in the car body from corrosion, UV protection. With the development of automobile industry, automobile coating materials and coating technology has experienced from scratch, spraying transition from coarse to fine. And with the materials and innovative ideas, more and more new spraying method is adopted.Along the car spraying material and spraying technology development track, a detailed overview of the development situation of domestic and foreign automobile coating material and spraying technology has been done. Mainly in the following three aspects.(1) The automobile coating process is given in detail. The typical domestic and foreign automobile coating process were introduced in detail. For the general technological process are introduced. And the current advanced coating process, such as: no phosphating treatment, "the three wet" new technology, such as dry spray painting process are emphatically expounded. Through the introduction to traditional and advanced spray technology, as well as on the spraying process in China is pointed out the gap with the international advanced level(2) In view of the traditional "three coating two drying" spraying process, the improvement of the "three coating a baking" coating process. Will be the original need to dry into a two drying. Greatly reduce the energy consumption and pollution. And the "three coated one" spray process only need a set of drying equipment, not only save the money and improve the efficiency. The key to "three" to reduce the number of drying is "wet touch wet" process.(3) Compared with the traditional quality of new coating paint and related coating process in the working efficiency, energy saving and emission reduction and technology management, provides the reference for the automotive consumer.
