【摘要】 随着经济发展以及人们生活水平的提高,人均拥有小汽车的数量与日剧增。与其他城市一样,邢台市进一步合理确定居住区机动车停车位的配建标准,已经成为影响今后居民出行、交通和生活质量以及城市可持续发展的重要问题。本文基于对国内外相关城市居住区停车问题的调查分析,通过对邢台市机动车辆增长、居住小区停车位问题的现场调查及综合分析,力求能够结合国内外同等相关居住区停车位配建的先进经验,分析解决邢台地区居住小区机动车停车位配建现状问题,最终提出了更为合理的配建标准和实施措施。以停车位配建指标及模式为研究对象,通过对现阶段我国同等相关城市居住区停车位配建标准以及邢台市居住停车位区配件标准进行比较分析,对邢台市现阶段居住区实际停车现状问题进行了特性归纳及分析,明确了邢台市居住区停车现状问题以及其对邢台市地区城市发展所产生的影响。在相关规范标准和理论以及实际现状调研分析的基础上,提出了对邢台市居住区停车位配建标准的改善方法。以求解决住区停车矛盾,方便居民出行,保证居民安全,改善住区居住环境,并为邢台市相关部门制定相应地方性法规、条例提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the number of personal cars capita grows. As with other cities, Xingtai City further to determine a reasonable living area of motor vehicles parking spaces with the construction of a standard has become future residents travel, traffic and the quality of life and urban sustainable development of important problem.In this thesis, based on a survey of domestic and foreign related urban residential area parking problem analysis, through of Xingtai City motor vehicle growth, residential area parking problem of field investigation and comprehensive analysis, the endeavour to combine the similar to the residential area parking the advanced experience of the construction of coordination, solve the Xingtai area living area of motor vehicles parking spaces with present situation of problem analysis. Finally, we put forward the more reasonable with the construction standards and implementation measures.To parking spaces with build indexes and mode as the research object, through to the present stage our country the same city residential area parking coordination construction standards and Xingtai City residential parking area standard accessories for comparative analysis, stage of Xingtai City of residential area actual parking problems were characteristics of the analysis and summarization of, clear the Xingtai City status of residential parking problems as well as the effects of the Xingtai City urban development in the area of. Based on the research and analysis of relevant standards and theories as well as the actual situation, the improvement method of parking spaces in Xingtai city was put forward.
