【摘要】 村镇银行作为新型银行业金融机构,近年来在我国农村地区快速发展,对解决我国农村地区现有的金融机构覆盖率低、金融市场供给不足、竞争不充分等问题发挥了重要作用。有利于解决农民融资难问题,增加农民收入,促进农村金融机构体系的完善和农村金融服务水平的提高。河北省是农业大省,农村经济的发展对于对于河北省整体经济的发展至关重要,而村镇银行作为服务农村经济的基层机构,对促进河北城乡金融和城乡经济的协调、农村经济社会和谐发展具有不可忽视的推动作用。因此,研究村镇银行的发展具有一定的现实意义。本文从分析沧县地区近几年经济的发展状况入手,阐述了沧县地区发展村镇银行的必要性以及沧县地区发展村镇银行的现状。引入沧县吉银村镇银行进行案例分析,总结了该行存在的业务人员专业化程度低、业务种类较少、社会信誉度低以及抗风险能力低等问题,黑龙江东宁润生村镇银行自成立以来发展较快,结合其发展的经验。提出加大政府的政策支持力度、加大人力资源建设、积极拓展资金来源渠道、创新农村金融产品和服务等建议,来推动沧县吉银村镇银行的健康发展,以此来带动当地农村经济的进步。并为该地区其他村镇银行的发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new financial institutions, rural bank have many advantages,such as flexible mechanism, relying on the existing financial institutions. In recent years,rapid development in the rural areas of our country. Rural bank play an important role in solving the low coverage ofthe existing financial institutions in the rural areas, inadequate supply of financial markets insufficiency competition. Helping solve the financing problems of farmers, increase farmers’ income promote the improvement and advancement of rural financial services and financial system in rural areas. Hebei is a major agricultural province, rural economic development is crucial for the overall economic development in Hebei province,and rural banks as grass-roots organizations serving the rural economy. Rural bank is important for promoting coordination of urban and rural and the urban and rural economic.Therefore, the development of rural banks research has certain practical significance.In this paper, staring from the economic development of Cangxian in recent years. Describes the necessity of development of rural banks in Cangxian and the status of rural banks in Cangxian. Take Cangxian Jiyin rural bank for example. Summarize the problems in Cangxian Jiyin rura bank. Such as business people in low degree of specialization, fewer types of business, low social prestige, low ability of resist risks. and summarize the successful experience of Dongningrunsheng rural bank, Put forward some suggestions. Such as increase the government’s policy support, innovate in rural financial products and services.
