【摘要】 天然气属于清洁能源,储量丰富,符合环保要求,是倡导和鼓励使用的能源,是我们日常生活中不可或缺的燃料。天然气行业是一个具有公用事业和国家基础建设性质的行业,天然气的输送和运营是一种具有固定网络支持完成的社会基础类设施产业。A民营燃气公司即为此产业链下游的一家民营企业,主营业务为压缩天然气的销售、天然气压缩站和车用加气子站的建设和经营、城市燃气管网的配套建设服务和经营等,现迫切需要解决可持续发展问题。本文基于商业模式创新理论,运用文献研究、实地调研的方法,首先通过对A民营燃气公司的所处行业环境分析,澄清公司现有商业模式中存在收入来源单一,建站选址的整体布局有待优化两个问题。其次根据A民营燃气公司的发展战略提出从中介型服务模式向能源合同管理模式转变的商业模式创新方案。第三提出了执行该方案的相关策略建议,以促进提升A民营燃气公司的盈利能力以及其在整个城市燃气产业链的价值生产能力,解决公司的可持续发展问题。本文的创新点在于通过商业模式创新让A民营燃气公司从中介服务公司向能源合同管理公司转变,以期对民营企业在城市燃气行业中的生存与发展之道提供一些建议与帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Natural Gas is one of the clean energy. It is environmentally friendly, and has rich reserv es. Natural Gas is an indispensable energy in our daily life, and which is advocated and encou raged to be used. The natural gas industry is one which has public utility and national infrastru cture. The transportation and operation on the natural gas is a kind of social infrastructure that done by the support of the fixed network. The A private gas company is a private enterprise o n the bottom section of the industrial chain. The primary business for the A private gas company is to reduce the sales of the nature gas and the management of the nature gas compressor station and automotive gas-filling station and the management and operation on the gas pipe network system, etc. Now, the A private gas company is urgent to find a way to achieve sustainable development in this industry.In this paper, based on business model innovation theory, the use of literature research, field research methods, firstly by A private gas company’s industry environment analysis, to clarify the presence of a single source of income for the company’s existing business model, the overall layout of the site needs to be optimized Website two problems. Secondly, the proposed energy contract management paradigm shift from the intermediary type service model based on business model innovation program A private gas company’s development strategy. The third proposal put forward related strategies to implement the program in order to promote the upgrading of A private gas company’s profitability and value of production capacity in the whole city gas industry chain, to solve the company’s sustainable development.
