【摘要】 经济的快速发展,人民生活水平普遍提高,旅游业作为新兴的“朝阳产业”,也正蓬勃发展,前途无量,后劲十足。近年来,旅游业的发展速度不断加快,逐步形成了大众性、广泛性、庞大性等特征,作为群众性的活动普遍开展起来,全面而迅速的发展,成为国民经济一个重要的组成部分,对当今社会经济结构的变化产生着深远的影响。呼伦贝尔地区有丰富的旅游资源,近年来旅游业发展迅速,但是地处祖国的边疆,地理位置偏远,又受季节条件制约,旅游业发展滞后,还处于发展的初级阶段,旅游业发展中依然存在诸多问题,需要从多个方面推动旅游业的整体发展。为达成呼伦贝尔市的旅游业发展及旅游业对经济效益增长的促进、解决呼伦贝尔市旅游业目前存在的问题及指导呼伦贝尔市旅游业的可持续发展,本文针对呼伦贝尔市旅游业展开分析研究,讨论了其发展过程存在的不足之处,并提出了具有针对性的完善措施。运用了SWOT方法分析了呼伦贝尔市旅游业发展现状,发现呼伦贝尔市旅游业的发展正在处于不断改进的状态;进一步明确呼伦贝尔市发展旅游业的优势,得知呼伦贝尔市发展旅游业的潜力巨大。同时,不可忽略的是,发展现状中存在着诸多制约其发展的问题,例如旅游业基础设施建设不完善,淡旺季旅游失衡,旅游人才紧缺,行业服务质量差,市场运行体系不健全,市场营销策略水平低,投资政策手段单一,旅游资源规划不合理,旅游信息化深度和广度不够,并且针对这些问题做了原因分析。最后,本文针对存在的问题提出了呼伦贝尔市旅游业发展的对策:完善旅游业基础设施建设、深化冬季旅游发展、整合旅游业发展智力因素、提高旅游业服务质量、健全旅游市场运行体系,制定完善的旅游营销策略,借助金融工具,提高旅游服务质量,对旅游资源进行合理规划与使用,推动当地旅游的持续性发展、深化旅游信息化建设水平。全文围绕着呼伦贝尔市旅游业发展中存在的问题展开,提出针对性的对策,希望对呼伦贝尔市旅游业的发展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With rapid economic development and improvement of people’s living standard, tourism, as an emerging "sunrise industry", is booming and promising with a very strong and potential future. In recent years, tourism industry is generally carried out as a mass activity and develops quickly with the features of sustained growth, popularity, huge industry and characterized areas. It has profound impact to changes of social economic structure nowadays and become an important component of national economy. Hulunbeier area is rich in tourism resources and its tourism develops rapidly in recent years. But it lags behind and is still in the early stage of development due to the location of border areas and limited travel seasons. There are many problems existing in tourism development. The promotion of tourism industry in this area can be carried out in many ways.In order to promote economic growth of Hulunbeier tourism, solve existing problems and guide the sustainable development of tourism, this paper makes study on the existing problems in Hulunbeier tourism and offers countermeasures. Firstly, it applies SWOT method to analyze the current situation of tourism development in Hunlunbeier, which is in a constant-state of improvement. Secondly, based on the advantages and opportunities of tourism development in Hunlunbeier, it finds the tourism development in Hunlunbeier has huge potentials. At the same time, this paper explores many developing restrictions, such as inadequate tourism infrastructure, seasonal tourist imbalance, shortage of tourism talents, poor quality of services, imperfect market operation system, low levels of marketing strategy, single investment policy and poor information technology. According to the above problems, this paper gives the analysis of causes.At last, this paper offers countermeasures to Hulunbeier tourism development, which include: improve tourism infrastructure, deepen winter tourism development, integrate intellectual factors, improve tourism service quality, improve operational system, build comprehensive tourism marketing strategies, improve financial tools to support tourism industry, make rational plan of tourism resources, make sustainable development, deepen the level of tourism information technology. This paper discusses problems existing in Hulunbeier tourism development and makes courtier suggestions. It can be a reference to the development of Hunlunbeier tourism.更多还原
