基于精益造船的精度过程管理研究

【摘要】 精度管理水平是衡量造船企业的重要指标,也是其核心竞争力之一。近些年国内船厂在引进三维数字测量设备和精度分析软件的基础上,逐渐建立起了质量管理模式的精度结果管理体系,提高了分段完工和船坞总组搭载的精度。但精度管理与质量管理的不同之处在于精度管理不是为了直接满足检验方的规范要求,而是在满足企业自身的标准基础上保证生产的连续性,压缩生产间隙,实现精益造船。在生产过程中不断累积分析精度数据,改进补偿量加放,实现由补偿量替代余量的结果。同时国家工信部在十二五期间发出的进一步推动现代化造船模式的《意见》中指出,要逐步将造船精度控制从船体搭载工序向前道延伸、向设计延伸,船体工程向舾装延伸,实现全过程全方位精度控制,提高分段无余量制造率,降低中间过程修割率,提高产品质量。论文就从船体工程出发,围绕着船体建造的全过程进行了一系列的研究,主要研究内容如下:(1)阐述造船企业的生产计划管理体系中三个层面的计划管理,并结合精度管理将生产计划向更精细化的小日程分解,形成精度小日程计划,为精度管理融入生产管理体系打下基础。(2)基于现代化造船模式流程,从精益造船理念出发,对船体建造全部工序工位的精度过程管理技术和方法进行了研究,分析了全站仪在生产过程中进行精度控制的方法。(3)对局部区域过程管理累积的精度收缩数据进行了分析计算,基于收缩数据对船体基准线的数字化设计与施工进行了研究,并基于尺寸收缩数据提出了尺寸精度标准制定方法。(4)对精度过程管理体系进行了研究探索,在生产计划管理的精度日程计划基础上提出了精度过程管理系统需求和功能设计。

【Abstract】 Accuracy management level is not only an important indicator of shipbuilding enterprises, but also one of its core competitiveness. Domestic shipyards has established the accuracy result management system of quality management mode gradually in recent years based on the introduction of 3D digital measurement equipment and accuracy analysis software, which has improved the accuracy of segment completion and dock assembly. However, what makes the accuracy management different from quality management is that the purpose of accuracy management is to ensure the continuity of production, reduce the production gap and realize the lean shipbuilding on the basis of meeting the standards of the enterprise itself rather than to meet the specification requirements of the inspection party directly.At the same time, it points out in “Opinions about further promoting modern shipbuilding mode” issued by the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period that the shipbuilding accuracy control will step forward and towards design from the hull mounting process, also the hull engineering will extend towards outfitting, thus to achieve full range and whole process of accuracy control, improve margin-less manufacturing efficiency of the segments, reduce the cutting rate during intermediate process and improve the quality control.This paper will start from hull engineering project and do a series of researches regarding the whole process of hull construction. The main research contents are as follows:(1) The paper will expound the three levels of planning management in the production plan management system of shipbuilding enterprises and break the production plan into more elaborate small schedules combined with accuracy management to form small schedules plan of accuracy and lay the foundation for accuracy management blending into the production management system.(2)Base on modern shipbuilding mode process and started from the concept of lean shipbuilding, this paper will study on the accuracy management technology and method during the whole shipbuilding procedure and analyze how the total stations are used to control the accuracy during the production.(3)The accuracy contraction data accumulated during management process in localarea will be analyzed and calculated here. Also this paper will conduct researches on digital design and construction of the hull baseline on the basis of the contraction data and promote the dimension accuracy standard setting method based on dimension contraction data.(4) This paper will do researches and explorations on accuracy process management system and promote the requirements and functional designs of accuracy process management system based on the accuracy schedule plan for production plan management.
