北京地铁6号线东四站出入口城市综合体情景设计研究

【摘要】 2000年以来,北京进入了城市轨道交通系统的快速建设时期,仅08年至14年间建成并投入运营的线路达13条。旧城作为城市核心,地铁建设经过旧城已不可避免,仅东四站便汇集了四条地铁线路,集中反映了地铁的巨大体量和严格施工要求与旧城的街道尺度、胡同肌理保护的矛盾。本研究以北京地铁六号线东四站出入口城市综合体项目为基础,引入管理学的情景规划作为前期的方案策划方法,试图探索地铁建设与旧城保护结合的多元途径。首先,研究从功能要素和类型要素两条线索出发,功能要素梳理隆福寺地区的发展现状、文化流失、历史保护、地铁建设等诸矛盾,类型要素则结合案例分析旧城地铁城市综合体的各个发展阶段和混合类型,并对北京旧城和京都旧城地铁城市综合体进行全样本比较研究。研究指出,缺少对不确定性要素的评估和应对能力、对社会生态多样性的忽视以及地铁建设模式的单一性是该城市综合体建设中的主要矛盾。在此基础上,文章指出引入情景规划方法的必要性和可行性,以提升设计中对不确定性因素的评估和应对能力。其次,研究梳理了情景规划的理论和程序,论证了其应用于城市设计的适用性,归纳了相关应用案例的经验和不足,并提出了适用于城市设计的情景规划实施步骤。通过深入分析东四站地铁城市综合体项目中的各确定与不确定性要素,研究指出,政策倾向及社区诉求是影响项目发展的两个主要驱动力,进而根据其不同趋势,构建出基于四种未来发展模式的情景:微山谷、共生·再生、隆福寺2.0、深远街市。最后,针对各情景的发展逻辑,并结合国内外相关案例,研究从城市、建筑、身体三个层次采取应答性的设计策略,并从经济、社会、生态三方面对各情景方案进行评估,进而为未来北京旧城地铁建设提供思路和建议。
【Abstract】 Since 2000, Beijing has entered a period of rapid construction of urban rail transit systems. From 2008 to 2014, 13 lines have been completed and put into operation. Acting as the urban core, the inner city inevitably suffers a mass of subway construction. In Dongsi Station, e.g., four subway lines converges, reflecting the contradictory dillema between super-volume subway station, strict construction codes and the scale of Hutong, the protection of historical urban texture.This study introduces scenario planning from management science as an effective method in preliminary design, and explores the possibilities of subway construction combined with the protection of the old city., based on the actual project of Subway Complex at the North Exit of Dongsi Station, Beijing Line 6.First, it sorts out the functional and typological factors of the complex project and surveys the development of Longfusi region, pointing out that the reasons for the decline are weak anti-risk ability, ignorance of social ecology, and lack of strategical diversity. Then the study proposes scenario planning as an approach of improving uncertainty cognition and management.Second, this paper reviewed theories and procedure of scenario planning, including case study, and demonstrated the applicability of Scenario planning approach on urban issues, then put forward the process of scenario planning in urban design. Through in-depth analysis of the contradictions of rail transit construction site with Longfusi region’s historical-cultural protection along with various uncertain factors, the paper noted that the policy tendencies and regional demands are the two main driving forces affecting the project development. Four scenarios are constructed, corresponding to four complex types and renewal models.Finally, coresponding to the scenario logics and related cases, it proposes reponsive design strategies for each scenario in urban, architectural and body perspectives. Then it evaluates the economic, sociological, and ecological effects of the design and furtherly provides ideas and suggestions for the future of the old city rail transit construction.
