承压设备材料试验方法及关键指标的国内外比对研究

【摘要】 目前,国内承压设备材料的试验方法以及得出的关键指标往往得不到国际承认,国内外试验方法存在诸多差异,试验数据缺乏可比较性。论文从化学成分、金相检验、力学性能三个方面对国内外试验标准的差异进行了比较,对因试验标准的差异引起的试验数据差异进行了研究。化学成分检验选取最为常用的直读光谱方法,以低合金钢和不锈钢为例进行试验;金相检验以非金属夹杂物和晶间腐蚀试验为例;力学检验以拉伸试验和冲击试验为例。通过相关试验验证和数据比较,阐述了国内外承压设备材料试验方法的差距和差异,积累了国产承压设备材料的基本数据,为我国承压设备相关法规标准的制修订提供了思路。从长远角度看,为我国承压设备材料及试验方法标准的国际化,提高国产承压设备材料的国际竞争力等奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The domestic test methods for materials of pressure equipment and the key indicators obtained were often not recognized internationally. There were many differences between domestic and international test methods and the test data was lack of comparison. In this study, the comparison for test methods and data was carried out from chemical composition, metallographic phase and mechanical properties of materials of pressure equipment. Test method for chemical analysis of low-alloy steel and stainless steel was spark source atomic emission spectrometry. The nonmetallic include test and intergranular corrosion test were taken for example of metallographic test. Mechanical test was conducted with tensile test and impact testing. All of the results from comparison were used to explain the differences between domestic and international test methods. The accumulation of a large number of test data about the domestic pressure equipment materials was meaningful and the study provided a clue for the revision of specification for the domestic pressure equipment. From a long-term point of view, it was helpful to the internationalization of the materials and test methods of pressure equipment and the improvement of international competitiveness for the domestic pressure equipment materials.
