【摘要】 近年来,随着综合国力的增强和改革开放的进一步深入,中国在国际政治上影响力越来越大。事实上,世界上越来越多的人不仅渴望了解中国的历史和文化,也想知道中国的经济和政治情况。除了中央政府报告的翻译外,地方政府工作报告在促进当地经济、政治和文化发展方面也起到至关重要的作用。作为一个国家对外宣传的材料,政治类文本就像一面镜子,反映中国的当前情况。因此,政治类文本的翻译质量会直接或间接地影响到中国的国际地位、形象以及和其他国家的外交关系。本项目报告的原文来自江苏南京政府工作网站,并未提供英文译本。该项目报告的原文主要包括三个主要部分：2014年工作回顾,2015年总体要求和目标任务,建设人民满意的政府。本项目报告选取政府报告类文本的翻译为研究对象,在此项目的翻译过程中,笔者主要遇到的重点和难点问题包括报告中出现的范畴词,中国特色社会主义政治性词汇、数字缩略语,无主句,长难句的处理,以及在句法层面如何使译文的衔接更加自然通顺。本报告的重点在与如何解决这样重难点问题。笔者结合平行文本,结合政治类文本的翻译特点,通过对这些问题的分析,找出难点产生的原因,并探索解决这些重难点问题的方法。笔者通过此翻译项目,总结出相关政治类文本的翻译技巧,以试图探索使用于此类相关文本的翻译方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development of comprehensive national strength and further deepening of reform and opening-up, China now has generated more powerful influence on international politics. In fact, more and more people around the world are eager to know not only China’s history and culture, but also its economic and political situations. In addition to the translation of the central government work report, the translation of the local government work report also plays a significant role in promoting local economic, political and cultural development. As an external material publicizing a country, the political document is like a mirror, reflecting China’s current situation. Therefore, the translation quality of political documents can affect China’s international status, image and diplomatic relations with other countries both directly and indirectly.The source text of this translation project is taken from Jiangsu Nanjing government official website, and it doesn’t provide an English version. The original text of the report includes three major parts:work review of 2014, overall requirements and tasks for 2015 and the establishment of a government to people’s satisfaction. The translation of political texts is taken as research object in this project report. During the translation process of this project, the key and difficult problems encountered include category words, political terms with Chinese characteristics, abbreviations with numbers, the handling of zero-subject sentences and long difficult sentences, and the translation of coherence at textual level. The focus of this report aims to solve these problems. Combined with parallel texts and the translation characteristics of government work report, the author aims to analyze the reasons and find solutions to these problems. Through the practice of the translation project, the author summarizes the relevant translation techniques, in order to attempt to explore the translation methods of such texts.更多还原
