基于物联网的露天矿山卡车调度系统的研究

【摘要】 露天矿山的生产需要多部门相互协调工作,矿石运输是其最为重要的生产环节。伴随着矿山开采过程的推进,矿石的运输距离和时间将不断增加,运输成本也会相应上涨。与此同时,在卡车生产调度环节存在着运输方案规划不合理、调度工作量大、行车线路调整不及时等情况,这些都在制约着生产效率的提高。在当前矿业企业严峻的经济形势下,运用物联网技术与无线通信技术构建卡车调度系统,通过调度算法模型,最大限度地提高单位产能,降低生产成本,是提高矿业企业的经济效益的有效途径。本文通过深入露天矿山生产环境了解生产过程,根据企业实际生产需求,利用4G移动终端、RFID标签构建了卡车调度系统。运用宽带无线通信技术与TCP作为传输与连接方式,设计相关调度模型算法作为调度依据,实现了自动调度的的高效可靠。通过对道路通行网进行优化,建立道路网络模型,分析影响卡车调度的影响因子。然后,分析各影响因子之间的联系,在考虑多目标优化条件下运用调度算法建立车流规划模型,实现最优调度的详细的行车路线,通过对模型和算法的测试与改进提高了调度系统的实际应用价值。最后使用Visual Studio 2012和SQL Server 2008编程实现调度模型,建立卡车调度系统,并将测试优化的系统部署到生产企业中。经过使用前后的对比测试,系统基本达到了预期效果,能够较好地指导生产。

【Abstract】 The production of open pit mines requires the coordination of multiple departments, among which ore transportation is the most important production chain. With the advance of mining process, the distance and time of transportation increased, and the transportation cost increased accordingly. At the same time, in the truck production scheduling, there are conditions of unreasonable transportation program planning, large workload, and late traffic line adjustment, which restricts the increase of production efficiency. Under the severe economic situation of mining enterprises, using the Internet of things technology and wireless communication technology to build truck dispatching system furthest increase the unit capacity and reduced the production costs by the scheduling algorithm model, which is the effective way to improve the economic benefits of mining enterprises.In this paper, by deep understanding the production process of the production environment of open pit mine, according to the actual production needs of enterprises, using 4G mobile terminal and RFID tags, build a truck dispatching system. Using broadband wireless communication technology and TCP as the transmission and link mode, design the relevant scheduling model algorithm as the basis for scheduling. The efficient and reliable method of scheduling is realized by using the functions of the various parts.Firstly optimize road network model by graph theory and analyze the influence factors of the truck scheduling. Then, analyze the relationship among the factors and establish the traffic planning model with the appropriate scheduling algorithm under the consideration of multi objective optimization to gradually realize the static and dynamic scheduling. Finally, use Visual Studio 2012 and SQL Server 2008 to implement the scheduling model, build the truck dispatching system and deploy the system to the production enterprise. After using the contrast test, the system has achieved the expected effect, and can provide the decision support for the enterprise.
