【摘要】 群众路线是党的生命线,坚持群众路线是党的基本经验和优良传统。开展群众路线教育是深化全党对群众路线的理解和认识,增强践行群众路线自觉性的重要途径。群众路线教育重在深化党的群众观点,坚持全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨,坚守人民立场；提高解决群众现实所需、实现人民群众根本利益诉求的能力；不断加强党的作风建设,保持党与群众的血肉联系。重视开展群众路线教育并积极推进群众路线教育的发展是党的建设和思想政治教育的重要经验。当前,我们正进入全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,国内发展与外部环境面临诸多矛盾叠加、风险隐患增多的严峻挑战,如何回应广大群众诉求和期盼,如何维护好最广大人民群众的根本利益,迫切需要我们在继承党的优良传统的基础上,进一步加强新形势下党的群众路线教育的理论研究。本文首先考察了党的群众路线概念的发展,进而明晰了群众路线教育的基本内涵及其主要内容,并指出群众路线教育具有重要的历史和现实意义。文章对党的群众路线教育历史进行了回顾考察,并总结了群众路线教育的历史经验,特别还分析了新形势下党的群众路线教育的新实践、新创造与新发展。在这些基础上,文章重点从五个方面论述了要推进党的群众路线教育的常态化：即要强化教育理念,坚定群众路线教育的方向；要完善教育模式,加大群众路线教育的力度；要创新教育方法,激发群众路线教育的活力；要优化教育环境,营造群众路线教育的氛围；要完善教育制度,构建群众路线教育的长效机制。更多还原
