【摘要】 21世纪,随着我国经济持续而快速的发展,我国对外开放的进一步扩大,人民生活水平稳步提升,航空运输的需求进入了新一轮的快速增长期。虽然高铁对民用航空的有一定的冲击,但在中长距离的运输上,航空运输还是占据了很大比例的优势,民航的运输速度、服务品质和直达性的优势愈加明显。因此,不论是中央还是地方政府都在不断加大对民用机场建设的投入,逐步拓宽机场的建设融资渠道。近几年,武汉天河机场正处在高速发展时期,2015年2月28日,省国资委与首都机场集团公司解除重组协议,湖北机场集团回归省属,内部管理机制改革取得有效进展。2016年底,武汉机场投资200亿的三期扩建工程完工后,机场规模将达到现有规模的三至四倍,如何顺利完成新旧机场对接工作,如何就现有机场的人力、物力、财力来管理这个规模的机场,都是极具考验的工作。一个机场最基础的运营管理分为飞行区和航站区两大模块,对于保证高峰期客流量、乘机流程优化、标识标牌清晰等几个关键的乘机数据,航站楼管理部的管理又是重中之重。航站楼管理的效率决定了旅客登机的效率,决定了飞机作为远程交通工具便捷性的关键所在。本文采用规范研究法、案例研究法、比较研究方法,研究了国内外优秀机场航站楼的管理技术及方法,结合武汉机场的现状,分析了武汉机场航站楼管理在目前状况下存在的种种问题,深入研究了国内外机场航站楼管理先进管理手段的引进吸收及其科技的发展运用。目前,机场面临航站楼运营保障资源不足、运营管理业务能力不足、三期扩建施工对管理影响较大、机构不健全、管理人员不足等问题。目前,国内比较先进的几个机场：北上广机场,他们在如何实施航站楼运营的有序性与管理的高效性上,有自己独到的见解和管理经验,先进的外包模式,集中管控模式,都是值得扩建后武汉机场这个规模等级机场所要学习的；法兰克福机场、戴高乐机场、洛杉矶机场等国外优秀机场强大的信息技术、流畅的信息支持系统、有效的安全保障系统等,均是一个现代化机场所要具备的科技管理手段。结合以上分析研究结果,本文提出了相关对策和措施：加大投入,满足需求；创新管理手段；加强基础管理,提升运营品质；加强人力资源管理。其中重点叙述了需要通过信息技术引进创新管理手段来提升自身的管理水平。以期对武汉机场新规模下,航站楼管理新变化提供借鉴和参考。更多还原
