柔性装配车间物料包装仓储配送综合优化技术研究

【摘要】 生产物流是制造企业或组织正常运转不可或缺的日常业务单元,是决定制造企业效率的关键因素,也是企业成本的重要来源。近年来,尤其是计算机网络技术的迅猛发展极大促进了物流技术的进步,全球领先制造企业纷纷不再简单地将物流活动视为运营成本,而是当成继劳动力、资源之后的第三利润来源[1]。本文就当前制造企业生产物流普遍存在的问题,结合精益物流工具PFEP,设计和开发了一套集PFEP与包装管理一体的系统,使制造企业生产物流得到优化,物流成本得到降低,效率得到提高。论文首先介绍了建设PFEP管理系统的背景以及必要性,通过对企业生产物流进行深入调研分析,根据企业的物流现状,得出了系统的业务和功能需求以及业务流程模型,确立了系统的建设目标及主体框架。其次,分析了企业PFEP的关键参数,总结出了物流配送的重要性及可优化性,并以D公司涂装车间作为实际案例,将配送路径优化问题抽象为VRP问题,并以配送路径最短为目标函数建立了该VRP问题的数学模型,采用蚁群算法对模型进行求解,并通过选择概率的改进使蚁群算法在收敛速度方面有所优化。最后设计和实现了PFEP管理系统,根据调研和需求分析的结果,详细介绍了系统的软件开发架构、总体设计方案、数据库设计方案和功能模块,并给出了部分功能的具体实现。目前系统运行平稳有序,对提高企业的物流管理水平和企业信息化建设具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Production logistics is an indispensable daily business unit, which is an indispensable factor for the efficiency of manufacturing enterprises. It is also an important source of enterprise cost. In recent years, especially the rapid development of computer network technology has greatly promoted the progress of logistics technology, the world’s leading manufacturing enterprises have no longer simply will be the logistics activities as operating costs, but rather as a after labor and resource of the third profit source.In this paper, the manufacturing enterprise production logistics common problems, combined with lean logistics tools PFEP, design and develop a set PFEP and packaging management one of the system, so that the manufacturing enterprise production logistics optimization, logistics costs have been reduced and improving the efficiency.At first, the paper introduces the construction of PFEP management system background and necessity, by analyzing the in-depth research on the logistics of production, according to the current status of the logistics enterprise, it is concluded that the system of the business and functional requirements and business process model, established the system construction goal and the main body frame.Secondly, the analysis of the key parameters of enterprise PFEP, summed up the importance of logistics distribution and optimization, and painting workshop of D company as an example, distribution routing optimization problem is abstracted for VRP problems, and to the distribution of path shortest as the objective function established mathematical model of the vehicle routing problem, the ant colony algorithm to solve the model, and through the selection probability of the improved ant colony algorithm in convergence speed has been optimized.Finally design and implement the PFEP management system, according to the results of research and demand analysis, detailing the system software architecture, overall design, database design and function modules, and gives concrete realization of partial functions. At present, the system is running smoothly and orderly, which is of great significance to improve the logistics management level of enterprises and enterprise informatization construction.
