【摘要】 当前,青年公寓作为城市青年工薪阶层住宅应运而生,特别是由政府引导的保障性青年公寓,更是呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势,成为各地实施人才战略的坚强后盾。笔者把青年公寓景观设计为研究对象,以景观三元论、场所——文脉分析理论、美学理论、景观行为学等为理论基础,通过文献阅读、实地调研、案例分析、总结归纳等研究方法,从景观设计角度探讨青年公寓的开发建设。本文回顾青年公寓的兴起和发展,研究青年公寓的分类,概括青年公寓特征,分析当前青年公寓景观设计存在的不足及原因,讨论青年公寓景观设计理论,探讨青年公寓的景观设计手法和景观元素,最后结合具体案例,理论联系实际,分析盐城新嘉源人才公寓的景观设计,为理论研究提供案例支撑,进而提出青年公寓景观设计的建议。希望能够对青年公寓景观设计相关理论研究,以及青年公寓建设实践方面提供一定的借鉴,创造青年公寓优质的环境景观,让青年人才在解决基本居住问题的同时获得家的归属感,为各地快速持续健康发展提供智力支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,youth apartment emerged as the urban young working-class’ s residence,especially youth apartment which is led by the government as indemnificatory housing is showing booming trend,become the strong backing of talent strategy.The paper studies on the landscape design of the young apartment,based on the three elements theory of landscape,places-context analysis theory,aesthetic theory,behavioral science and other landscape theories,by reading literature,field research,case studies,summarized research methods,the paper discusses the development and construction of the youth apartment from the view of landscape design.This paper reviews the rise and development of youth apartments,studies on youth apartment classification,generalization youth apartment features,inquiries into llandscape design and landscape elements of youth apartment,combined with the specific case,analyses the landscape design of Xinjiayuan Talent Apartment in Yancheng,providing the case support for theoretical research.The paper hopes to provide some reference for the construction of the Youth Apartment.Creating high-quality environmental landscape for youth apartments,and creating high-quality living environment for young talent in the scope which economic and policy allows,it can not only solves the problem for housing,but also supplies the sense of belonging for the youth talent.It helps to provide intellectual support for economic development.更多还原
