【摘要】 随着改革开放进程的不断加快,我国城市化、城镇化进程不断发展,农民工特别是新生代农民工越来越成为我们关注的热点和焦点,新生代农民工对于促进我国城市化、城镇化的发展,促进经济社会不断进步具有重要影响。同时,也对解决我国“三农”问题具有重大现实意义。目前,我国拥有2.6亿多农民工,新生代农民工占到农民工总量的近一半,相当于欧洲的德国、葡萄牙、瑞士等国家人口数量之和。面临如此大规模的人口迁徙和城市劳作,如何解决其城市融入问题已成为我国经济和社会发展面临的重大课题,它关乎我国经济稳定增长与社会稳步发展,同时也是城乡居民合理布局得以公平正义的体现。本研究主要采用实地调研法、文献分析、数据整理统计法,对山西省长治市的新生代农民工进行实证分析,根据调查情况将农民工划分为城市有户籍新生代农民工、城市无户籍新生代农民工和大城市圈周边及外来创业者农民工,根据农民工的分类从个人融入、组织融入、社会融入与文化融入四个维度对其进行分析。在此基础上,分析新生代农民工城市融入过程中的制度性因素障碍与非制度性因素障碍。面对新生代农民工的诸多问题,通过构建新生代农民工城市融入的制度性与非制度性体系,并在提升农民工留城意愿的基础上,采取多方面措施消除新生代农民工城市融入制度桎梏,强化村级组织与社会相关组织对新生代农民工的关注度,全面提升新生代农民工人力资本和社会资本水平。通过以制度改革为切入点,采取积极措施,提升社会组织关注、人力资本水平、转变文化差异和价值观念,促进和加快新生代农民工的城市融入。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of society and economic, the new generation of migrant workers have become the main force of city construction. How to make them better integrate into society is the important content of harmonious society, and it also decides the economic development and social progress in our country. Based on the background, the article makes empirical analysis on the new generation of migrant workers in Changzhi city, Shanxi province by using survey and literature method. According to the actual survey, the author divides migrant workers into four types:having or having no household registration in city, living in city suburbs and foreign entrepreneurs. Then we make analyses for the different migrant workers from personal, organization, social and culture integration four angles.In combination with the practical situation of Changzhi city, this paper analyzes the obstacle factors that affect migrant workers integrating into the society. Through the research we find that except for the strict household registration system, the lack of organization acceptance, the low human capital, the not enough social capital accumulation and the cultural differences also impact the society integration of new generation migrant workers.In order to solve the obstacles which restrict the new generation of migrant workers integrating into city, we built mechanisms from two aspects:institution and non institution. We should take various measures to eliminate institutional barriers of new generation of migrant workers’ integration into the city, strengthen village-level organizations’ and social organizations’ attention to the new generation of migrant workers and improve the new generation of migrant workers’ human capital and social capital level, so that we can promote and speed up new generation of migrant workers’ integration into the city and discover and improve new generation of migrant workers’ potential of integration into the city.更多还原
