【副题名】以温州三所高职院校为例

【摘要】 国务院于2014年5月出台了《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》(以下简称《决定》)要求“加快发展现代职业教育”,“创造更大人才红利,加快转方式、调结构”,“引导普通本科高等学校转型发展”[1],并明确规定将国内1200多所本科高校中的600多所转为应用技术型高校,由此可见,高校转型势在必行。艺术设计专业作为一个集技术性、艺术性、应用性于一身的专业,在国内各综合类本科院校、美术类专业高校中,有900多所均有开设,高职院校中几乎都开设了与艺术设计类相关的专业。因此,本科高校转型背景下,势必会给高职艺术设计类专业的发展带来新挑战。高职院校艺术设计类专业开设的目标是为社会输送技术型人才,优势是实践能力强,能从事技术性要求较高工作。本科高校转向应用技术类高校的政策实施后,所培养的人才在理论知识和实践能力上都将优于高职院校。因此,在本科高校转型的背景下研究高职艺术设计类专业的发展是一个具有重要意义的课题。温州是一座极具发展活力的城市,在全国经济发展中占有重要地位,以服装、鞋类、汽摩配、泵阀等轻工业经济为主。发达的经济促进了高校的发展,高校的发展又反过来促进温州经济的进步,在温州的十几所高校中高职院校占多数,并大多开设有服装设计、鞋类设计、工业设计等与温州经济发展密切相关的设计类专业。以温州高职院校的艺术设计类专业为例既具代表性又有普遍意义。本课题将对本科高校转型后,现高职院校艺术设计专业将如何发展的问题进行研究。通过调查法、访谈法走访温州各高职院校,收集其艺术设计专业的人才培养目标、课程设置以及用人单位对该专业毕业生的反馈等资料,加以整合,分析各高职院校艺术设计专业的现有优势和存在的问题以及后续发展动力不足的原因。根据所得结论,针对高职院校艺术设计专业目前存在的问题进行思考与探究,寻求解决办法,增强后续发展力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In May 2014 of the state council issued "the decision" about speed up the development of modern vocational education under the state council(hereinafter referred to as the "decision")requires "speed up the development of modern vocational education","create greater talent bonuses,speed up the transfer mode,adjust structure","guide the transformation of ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities development" [1],and make clear a regulation will be more than 1200 undergraduate course colleges and universities in China more than 600 colleges and universities in into application technology.Therefore,reform in colleges and universities,it is imperative to transform.Art and design professional as a set of technical,artistic,applied in one of the major,in the domestic various comprehensive undergraduate course colleges and universities,the fine arts class specialized colleges and universities has more than 900 opened the artistic design class specialty,almost all opened in higher vocational colleges and art design or related major.Undergraduate course colleges and universities under the background of transition,therefore,is bound to bring to the development of higher vocational art design major new challenges.Art design specialty in higher vocational colleges to open goal is conveying technology talents for the society and the advantage is that practical ability is strong,can work in the higher technical requirements.Undergraduate course colleges and universities to apply technical college after implementing the policy,the training of talents in the theoretical knowledge and practical skills will be better than that of the higher vocational colleges.Therefore,under the background of the transformation of the undergraduate course colleges and universities study the development of higher vocational art design specialty is a significant topic.Wenzhou is a most dynamic city,occupies an important position in the national economic development,such as clothing,footwear,automobile,pump valve light industry economy is given priority to.Developed economy promoted the development of colleges and universities,colleges and universities,in turn,promote the development of Wenzhou economy progress,more than a dozen universities in Wenzhou in the majority in higher vocational colleges,and are such as clothing,footwear design,industrial design and design class for Wenzhou’s economic development is closely related to the professional.To Wenzhou vocational college of art design specialty as the example is representative and has a universal significance.This topic after turning to the undergraduate course colleges and universities,art design specialty in higher vocational colleges will study how to develop it.Through the survey method,interview method to visit Wenzhou in higher vocational colleges,draw on the formulation of art professional talents cultivation objectives,curriculum and unit of choose and employ persons of higher vocational art design professional graduates feedback information,conformity,the analysis of the existing advantages of each art design specialty in higher vocational colleges and the existing problems and the reason for the subsequent development of steam.Come to the conclusion,the problems existing in the art design specialty in higher vocational colleges and the subsequent development of problems to think and explore,and to seek solutions.更多还原
