【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国高等教育发生了巨大的变化,高等教育由精英阶段向大众化阶段转变,从而使得我国高职院校得到了快速的发展。为了不断适应经济社会的发展对职业人才的需求,我国不断加大对高职院校的投入和重视,逐步调整高等教育结构及职业教育层次,使得高等职业技术教育在整个教育体系以及整个社会经济的发展中的作用越来越突出。因此,不断加强和改进高职院校的思想政治教育工作并提高其实效性,促进高职生各方面素质的全面发展,从而为社会主义经济社会的发展培养高素质的职业人才显得尤其重要。高职院校的思想政治教育是增强高职生思想道德素质,促进高职生全面发展的重要渠道,同时也是为中国经济社会的发展提供需要的职业人才的重要途径。增强高职院校思想政治教育实效性不论是对于高职生、高职院校的发展还是社会主义现代化的发展,都有着举足轻重的作用。但是,目前高职院校的思想政治教育并没有达到预期的效果,实效性与预期达到的目标还相差甚远。因此,在对高职院校思想政治教育实效性进行深入的分析的基础上,文章主要首先对高职院校思想政治教育实效性基本概述进行系统的概括,明确高职院校思想政治教育实效性的涵义、评价标准、特点以及研究的重要性和必要性;其次,阐述了高职院校思想政治教育实效性的现状,其中包括已经取得的成绩以及仍然存在的不足,同时又对影响其实效性的重要因素进行了一定的分析,从而找出问题之所在。在对以上问题进行分析的基础之上,紧紧围绕高职院校思想政治教育实效性这一问题开展深入研究,力争为高职院校思想政治教育工作提供理论上和实践上的指导,使得高职院校思想政治教育更好地服务于高职院校培养职业人才的教育目标,给社会提供需要的技术人才。针对高职院校思想政治教育实效性不足的现状,全文进行了对策性的思考,认为在新时期,为了不断增强高职院校思想政治教育的实效性,应不断从丰富教学内容,提升学生对理论的认可度;创新教学方法,增强教学效果;优化育人环境,营造良好氛围;加强队伍建设,提高师资认可度等方面,为其提供一定的参考。更多还原
