移动运维系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 移动运维是目前世界上最热门的话题之一,所谓的移动运维,是指单位信息技术部门采用互联网技术和工具及相关制度和流程对它的软件和硬件运行环境、业务系统及运维人员进行全面的管理。过去的移动运维模式中,很多行业的运维人员,主要靠电话、文档记录等传统方式进行运维工作,直接与系统资源以及相关管控人员的实时性交互较少,直观化流程操作与及时性记录沟通工作匮乏,人工记录以及后期繁杂数据资料整理工作致使整体效率低下,因此移动运维应用的推广化具有广泛的意义与巨大的应用前景。本论文分析和研究了国内外在移动运维方面的发展动态和相关技术,开发了移动运维支撑平台。该平台主要由系统服务端(后简称服务端)、后台管理(后也称统一门户)、移动客户端(后简称客户端)三个功能模块组成。其中,系统服务端与后台管理采用传统WEB三层架构模式,移动客户端主要采用安卓2.1以上平台构建。系统综合了移动互联网碎片化任务管理和位置应用的特征,使多种运维数据建立逻辑关联,是一个实时、交互、集成、同步的信息管理支撑系统平台。该系统可以实现资源信息的实时查询、基于LBS位置的服务应用服务、工作社交、报表查看、IMSI(国际移动用户识别码)认证登录等功能。解决了一线人员移动办公时繁杂的人工信息处理与查询资源不及时的现实问题。通过移动运维支撑平台,可以有效的利用移动互联网综合手段,提高前后端人员的工作效率,以及为实时资料上传(记录)与系统交互提供便利。新的移动运维模式,不仅可以提供更加快捷的资源定位功能和目标定位功能,还能够便捷运维过程中的问题反馈和问题交流。在项目实施过程中,通过反复的调研和沟通,经过多次效率和成本的计算,移动运维支撑平台基本达到预期效果,为运维提供了新的手段。

【Abstract】 Mobile operation and maintenance is currently one of the most popular topics in the world, the so-called mobile operation and maintenance, is the use of Internet technology, tools, related systems and processes for its software, hardware running environment, business systems, operation and maintenance personnel to conduct a comprehensive management.Traditional mode of operation and maintenance, many of the industry’s operation and maintenance personnel, mainly by telephone, documentation and other traditional methods for operation and maintenance work, direct and immediate intercourse of system resources and related control personnel mutual less, visual flow operation and timely record communication scarcity, manual records and later complicated data consolidation resulting in a low overall efficiency. So mobile operation and maintenance application promotion has wide application prospect and great significance.This thesis analyzes and studies the development of mobile operation and maintenance in the domestic and international development trends and related technologies, the development of mobile operation and maintenance support platform. The platform mainly consists of three functional modules:the system server (later referred to as the server), the background management (also known as the unified portal), the mobile client (after the end of the client). Among them, the system server and the background management uses the traditional WEB three layer structure mode, the mobile client is mainly used to build the Adroid2.1 platform. The system integrated the characteristics of the mobile Internet fragmentation task management and location applications, so that the multi operation and maintenance data set up a logical connection, is a real-time, interactive, integrated, synchronized information management support system platform. The system can realize the real-time query of resource information, service application based on LBS location, work social, report view, IMSI (international mobile user identification code) authentication and other functions. To solve the problem of information processing and query resource is not real time in the first line personnel mobile office.Through mobile operation and maintenance support platform, it can effectively use the mobile Internet to improve the work efficiency, and to facilitate the interaction and upload (record) of the real time related information. New mobile operation and maintenance mode, not only can provide more efficient resource positioning function and target positioning function, but also make the operation and maintenance process of the problem feedback and communication more convenient. In the project implementation process, through repeated research and communication, after several times of efficiency and cost calculation, mobile operation and maintenance support platform to achieve the desired effect, to provide a new means for operation and maintenance.
