基于嵌入式的工业无线远程故障监测系统的应用与研究

【摘要】 在工控领域网络技术日益发展提升的同时,新兴技术无线传感器网络迈入到工业设备监测领域,成为工业设备故障监测领域又一研究热点,是继现场总线之后的新兴技术。当今的新兴技术无线传感器网络的实时性、低功耗、低成本和远程传输使这种当代热点技术成为该领域重要技术之一。本论文针对我国大多数企业设备故障监测采用人工巡检效率低,有线监测成本高和设备管理机制不完善的现实情况,提出采用无线通信技术实现对设备故障的实时监测,设计一个经济性强的工业设备故障远程监测系统。该系统不仅解决和改善了现有监测方式效率低、成本高、实时性差等问题,同时能提高工业设备调度管理水平,延长设备的使用寿命,有利于提高设备利用率和企业的经济效益。针对当代工业监测现状,本系统的设计方案的提出为该领域的发展提供可参考价值。本文首先分析工业设备故障巡检和维修调度管理流程,明确设备故障类型,确定设备故障监测方案;其次根据设计方案进行监测网络节点硬件设计;然后结合网络拓扑结构理论知识,设计命令帧和数据帧结构完成组网通信;最后,模拟一个适用于工厂车间环境,对设计的监测网络系统进行系统测试。本文主要完成的工作如下:(1)完成工业多数设备故障特点的分析,明确了本系统的监测设备的主要类型,提出本文设计的系统采用的监测方案。(2)完成了本监测网络的整体架构节点的硬件电路的设计,其中包括状态采集子系统、中央控制子系统、显示子系统、无线通信子系统以及电源子系统的电路设计等。(3)完成了监测网络的MAC协议以及传输的数据帧结构的设计,确保了无线网络的可靠性和实时性,进一步实现网络平台监测数据的传输。(4)最后,完成了本文设计的无线传感器网络节点的软件设计,并且实现了对组建的工业设备故障监测系统测试工作,以验证本论文设计无线远程故障监测系统的监测平台可以应用在工业监测领域。

【Abstract】 When wireless network technology is continuously developing and progressing in the field of industrial control, the wireless sensor network of emerging technology enters into the field of industrial equipment monitoring, and it already become one of the hotspot in the field of fault monitoring after the fieldbus. What’s more, because wireless sensor network has many advantages, such as real-time nature, low power, low cost and remote transmission and so on, so it become the important hot technology in the field of industrial monitoring.Aiming at the reality including low efficiency cost by labor inspection in the majority of our business equipment fault monitoring, high cost of cable monitoring and deficiency in equipment management mechanism, this thesis proposes using wireless communication technology in order to achieve the real-time monitoring of equipment failure, and designed a strong economy industrial equipment fault remote monitoring system. Not only addressed and improved the deficiency of the existing monitoring methods such as low efficiency, high cost, inadequate real-time, but also raised the level of industrial equipment scheduling management, extended the service life of equipment, and improved equipment utilization and economic benefit of enterprise. This system has great significance and application value in the aspect of developing the field of industrial equipment fault monitoring.This paper has completed the following work,(1) Completed the analysis of the characteristics of the industrial equipment failure, made clear the main types of monitoring equipment, put forward the design plan of monitoring system in this thesis.(2) Completed the hardware circuit design of monitoring network node, including state acquisition system, central control system, display system, wireless communication system and the design of the electric circuits of power supply system.(3) Completed the design of MAC protocol and data frame structure, ensure the real time and reliability of the wireless network, further realize the data transmission of monitoring network platform(4) Finally, completed the software design of wireless sensor network node, and also completed the system test, to verify the wireless remote fault monitoring system which this paper designed can be applied in the field of industrial monitoring.
