关岭县干部任免管理信息系统研究与分析

【摘要】 信息的掌握和分析已成为各个单位发展的重要因素,干部信息管理系统是单位管理体制不可缺少的部分。关岭县属于中国西部地区小城市,在干部信息管理方面的种种弊端日益明显。因此根据自身情况和发展方向,分析和研究适合本单位的关岭县干部任免管理信息系统是必要的。论文对关岭县干部任免管理信息系统的研究,从背景和项目意义、相似系统应用现状开始,确定论文的主要内容包括三个方面：系统的业务、系统的功能和系统的数据。系统的业务分析的结果用流程图表示,包括干部基础信息管理、干部考察管理、干部任免职管理等。原有业务流程反应了存在的问题,再造得到的优化业务流程反应系统的改进。系统的功能分析的结果用用例分析和用例描述表示,相应的功能包图进一步体现了系统功能模块之间的联系。系统的数据分析的结果用实体类关系图表示,建立的数据库表结构反应了数据存储的情况。论文的末尾是对关岭县干部任免管理信息系统的总结和展望,系统相对完整,但在今后的应用过程中还需做进一步完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 The master and analysis of information has become an important factor for the development of each institution. Cadre information management system is an indispensable part. GuanLing County is a small city in western China. The shortcoming of cadre information management has become increasingly apparent.So analysis and research for the appointment or dismissal of cadre management information system that is suitable for the unit in GuanLing County according to self-condition and the development direction is necessary.Study on the GuanLing County appointment or dismissal of cadre management information system in the paper is from background and project significance, current application situation of similar system. The main content of the paper includes three aspects, those are system business, system function and system data. The results of the business analysis of the system are expressed in the flow charts, including cadres’ basic information management, cadre investigation management, cadre appointment or dismissal management and so on. The original business process reflects the existing problems. The optimized business process reflects the improvement of the system. The result of the function analysis of the system is represented by use case analysis and use case description. The corresponding functional package further reflects the link between the functional modules of the system. The results of the data analysis of the system are represented by the entity relation graphs. The database table structure reflects the situation of data storage.The end of the paper is to summarize and prospect of GuanLing County appointment or dismissal of cadre management information system. The system is relatively complete, but it needs further improvement in the future application.更多还原
