【摘要】 论文介绍了人民银行林芝中支资产采购信息管理系统的项目背景、概括叙述了人民银行林芝中支资产采购管理系统的研究意义和深入研究了人民银行林芝中支资产采购管理系统目前的应用研究现状,明确了所做的主要工作和论文研究的内容。在人民银行林芝中支资产采购管理系统的业务分析中,论文采用组织结构图展示出了组织结构分析,采用业务流程图展示出了原有业务流程分析,采用了流程优化图展示出了优化的业务流程；在人民银行林芝中支资产采购管理系统的功能分析中,论文通过用例图和用例描述,明确了人民银行林芝中支资产采购管理系统的功能,展示出了人民银行林芝中支资产采购管理系统的总体功能包图和子功能包图,包括：采购立项管理、采购谈判管理、合同管理、验收台账管理、付款管理、基础数据管理、系统管理；在数据分析中,对人民银行林芝中支资产采购管理系统中各个控制类所依赖的实体类进行分析,展示出了实体类关系图,并设计出相关数据库表,完成了对数据库的建模。论文末尾,对所做的工作进行了总结,并展望了未来的工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the project background PBC Nyingchi branched asset procurement information management system, in general terms, the current status of application of the People’s Bank significance Nyingchi branched asset procurement management system and in-depth study of the People’s Bank of Nyingchi branched Asset Purchase Management System, defined the content and main thesis done.in business analysis PBC Nyingchi branched asset procurement management system, the paper uses an organization chart demonstrating the organizational structure analysis, the use of business process diagrams to show the original business process analysis, process optimization using a diagram demonstrating the optimization of business processes; functional analysis of branching the people’s Bank of Nyingchi asset procurement management system, the paper by use case diagrams and use case descriptions, clear the people’s Bank of Nyingchi branched asset purchasing management function of the system, demonstrating the people’s Bank of Nyingchi branched asset procurement management system overall function and sub-function package diagram package diagram, including:procurement project management, procurement management negotiation, contract management, acceptance ledger management, payment management, basic data management system management; in the data analysis, the people’s Bank of entity classes Nyingchi branched asset procurement management system for each control type depend on the analysis, demonstrating the entity class diagram, and design a relational database table, completed the database modeling.
