【摘要】 随着我国经济的快速发展,城市化水平逐渐提高,大型商务办公楼、高层住宅小区迅速增加,电梯的使用率也随之逐年增长。但是,电梯事故也跟随频频发生,因此保障电梯安全、加强电梯运行监管、及时掌握电梯的运行情况成为行业和政府部门的当务之急。近年来,将新兴的“物联网”技术技术应用于智能电梯以保障电梯的运行安全,这是一种全新的电梯监管模式,它可以实现对电梯的所有运行情况和状态进行实时监管,及时捕获异常,对电梯故障进行预测并通知维护人员及时进行检修,另外还能帮助政府监管部门有效的监管电梯的维护保养以及安全使用情况。本课题首先分析了当前电梯和物联网技术的使用和发展现状,然后对物联网技术应用于监管电梯运行安全展开了细致的研究并调研其必要性和可行性,接着是对整个电梯物联网检测平台的搭建,在电梯中安装各种各样的传感器获取电梯的运行情况以及电子显示屏、摄像头、对讲语音系统等设备,然后通过传感器采集回来的数据和数据库里的正常数据进行比对,判断故障点,把运行参数和故障情况通过智能网关上传到网络服务器当中,电梯维护和监管人员在上位机web网站、监控显示屏和手机端第一时间获得电梯的详细情况,另外还可以在服务器后台输出日志,查看历史情况以及通过摄像头和语音对讲系统时刻与电梯内部进行视频语音通话,最终达到对电梯实时监控的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s economy,the gradual improvement of urbanization level, large commercial office buildings and high storey residential community are increasing rapidly, the utilization of elevator has risen as well. But the elevator accident also happened very frequently,therefore to ensure the safety of the elevator, strengthen the supervision of elevator running, and grasp the operation of the elevator timely has become a major preoccupation for the industry and government departments.In recent years, the emerging "Internet of things" technology has been applied to intelligent elevator in order to ensure the safety operation of the elevator,this is a new elevator regulatory model.It can regulate all operation and state of the elevator in real time,catch the exception in time,predict elevator failure and notify the related person to overhaul.In addition,it also can help government regulators effectively supervise the maintenance and safe use of elevator.First, this topic has analyzed the use and development of elevator and internet of things technology,then the Internet of things technology application in the regulation of the elevator safety operation and its necessity and feasibility.Next is the construction of the elevator iot detection platform,install all kinds of sensors in the elevator to get elevator movement situation,and digital display,camera,voice intercom system and other equipment.Afterwards,comparing the data gathered by sensor and normal data in the database to judge the fault, upload the operation parameters and fault to the web server, then the elevator maintenance personnel and regulator can get details of the elevator from PC web site, monitor screens and mobile terminal for the first time.Moreover,server daemon can output the log, we can use it to view the history and users can make voice and video calls through the camera and voice intercom system at any time,and eventually achieve the goal of real-time monitoring of elevator.更多还原
