基于AHP-TOPSIS法的电子病历信息服务质量评价研究

【摘要】 互联网行业以及信息技术的日趋成熟为我们的生活带了意想不到的便利。电子病历的应用就是这种便利的体现。今天,不断健全与完善的电子病例系统,在医院信息服务管理工作中占据着重要的地位。本论文对电子病历在医院信息服务领域的应用做了详细的研究。无论在研究方法还是样本的选取上都做了精心的准备与调研。研究内容包括：首先,对各国电子病历发展、医疗信息服务综合分析以及国内部分医院电子病历内容分析的基础上,从公众视角出发,应用德尔菲调查法进行专家意见的收集整理,并且用专家评分法建立电子病历信息服务质量综合评价指标体系；其次,用层次分析法对各项指标进行相应的量化与赋值；最后,结合信息服务质量理论的研究平台,用加权TOPSIS的方法构建电子病历医疗信息服务质量的综合评价模型,并对模型进行实证研究,提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the Internet industry and information technology, the increasing of science brings us infinite life convenience. Electronic medical records to adapt to the social new development requirements, and constantly improve and perfect, in occupies the important position in the management of the hospital information service.In the development of national electronic medical records, medical information service comprehensive analysis and some domestic hospitals based on the analysis of the electronic medical record content, from the public perspective, the application of the Delphi survey method for the collection of expert opinion, and using expert evaluation method to establish comprehensive evaluation index system of electronic medical record information service quality, at the same time with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to the corresponding quantitative indicators and assignment; And combine the research platform of information service quality theory, using the weighted TOPSIS method to build electronic medical records of medical information service quality comprehensive evaluation model, empirical research and conclusion summary.更多还原
