【摘要】 社会经济的发展与货物运输活动的联系密不可分,随着产业结构不断调整,特别是高新技术产业的发展,使得快捷货运需求逐年增加。为应对快捷货运需求的骤增,除了加大对交通基础设施的投资,建设完善的交通运输网络,还必须要制定科学合理的快捷货物运输服务网络,而运输能力是评价快捷货运服务网络制定是否合理的重要指标。因此,有必要计算快捷货运服务网络的运输能力。快捷货物对时间的敏感度高,对货主和货运企业而言,都有必要知道服务网络快捷货物运输时间可靠性。对货主来说,在一定的运输时间可靠性下,掌握综合快捷货运服务网络具备多大的运输能力,对其生产以及投资至关重要；而对货运企业来说,保证运输时间可靠性,尽可能多地承运快捷货物,是保证货运企业收益及信誉的重要手段。因此,有必要考虑运输时间可靠性约束计算综合快捷货运服务网络的运输能力。本文在分析总结国内外有关运输能力研究基础之上,考虑运输时间可靠性约束,对综合快捷货运服务网络运输能力计算问题展开研究。首先,介绍综合快捷货运服务网络概念、构成及特性；其次,论述了综合快捷货运服务网络运输能力的概念体系,详尽分析了服务网络运输能力的影响因素；再次,介绍了行程时间可靠性相关理论,在此基础之上,构建了考虑运输时间可靠性的综合快捷货运服务网络运输能力计算模型,根据模型的特点,设计了模型的求解算法,并对算法的复杂性进行分析,验证了算法的有效性；最后,设计算例求解,得到了较为理想的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social and economic development have an inseparable relationship with freight transportation, with the continuously adjustment of industry structure, especially the development of high-tech industry, the demand of express freight transportation increases year by year. In order to solve this problem, except for increasing the investment on transportation infrastructure to improve the construction of the transportation network, it also necessary to formulate a reasonable express freight transportation service network. Because the transportation capacity is an evaluation index of express freight transportation service network, it is necessary to calculate the of express freight transportation service network.The express freight is highly sensitive to transportation time. Therefore, for the shippers and freight enterprises, it is necessary to know the transportation time reliability of the express freight transportation service network. In order to production and investment, it is important to know the capacity of the multimode express freight transportation service network under the known transportation time reliability for the shippers. To enjoying a high reputation and raising the income, it is necessary to ensure the reliability of the transportation time and delivery goods as much as possible for the freight enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the transportation time reliability as a constraint while calculate the capacity of the multimode express freight transportation service network.Based on the summary of the domestic and foreign research on the network capacity, taking the reliability of transportation time into account, this paper researches the problem of the calculation of the capacity of the multimode express freight transportation service network. First, this paper introduces the concept, composition and characteristics of the multimode express freight transportation service network. Secondly, it discusses the capacity concept system of the multimode express freight transportation service network and analyses the factors of affecting the transportation capacity of the service network. Thirdly, this paper introduces the travel time reliability theory. Based on the these theories, the thesis build up a mathematical model considering the reliability of transportation time to calculate capacity of the multimode express freight transportation service network and designs an algorithm to solve the model according to its characteristics. In order to verify the validity of the algorithm, this paper analyzes the complexity of the algorithm. Finally this paper designs an example, and obtained an ideal result while solving this example.更多还原
