多功能监护仪的硬件系统设计

【摘要】 随着人们生活水平和保健意识的提高,人们越来越关注自己和家人的身体健康。监护仪能通过检测人体生理参数来反映人们的健康状况,逐渐成为一种需求量很大的医疗设备。目前,国外监护仪的研制较为成熟,而国内监护仪发展相对落后,国内对监护仪的需求主要依靠进口。因此,多功能监护仪的研究对国内监护仪的发展具有重要的意义。多功能监护仪能够同时检测血压、心电、血氧、脉搏、体温等多种生理参数。本课题主要任务是完成多功能监护仪的硬件系统设计,主要包括主控制系统设计,血压、心电测量设计和输液控制设计。其中,输液控制是多功能监护仪设计的一个创新点。本文主要研究内容如下:(1)主控制系统设计:通过对整机控制需求进行分析,确定主控制系统设计要求。主控制系统要求能够实现多参数测量的控制和波形显示,同时支持LAN接口和USB接口进行数据传输。(2)血压测量设计:通过对常用血压测量方法的比较研究,本文采用示波法进行血压测量。根据血压信号特征,进行信号调理和血压参数计算。(3)心电测量设计:心电信号为体表生物电信号,信号幅值较小,输出阻抗高而且易受到干扰。基于心电信号特点,重点分析了心电信号调理电路设计方法,并实现心电信号的采集。(4)输液控制设计:输液控制要求能够实现输液速度和输液总量的准确控制,并且能对输液过程中出现的异常情况进行检测和报警处理。通过分析阻塞、气泡、电机故障三种异常情况的检测原理,进行相应检测设计和异常处理。通过测试,本文设计的多功能监护仪能够同时控制多个功能模块进行工作,并且血压测量、心电测量和输液控制均满足要求。

【Abstract】 With the increasement of people’s life quality and health consciousness, people are increasingly concerned about the health of themselves and their families. Monitor,as a electronic instrument can continuously monitor the physiological parameters of the human body and reflect people’s health, is becoming a medical equipment of hudge demand. At present,the development of foreign monitor has been very mature.However,domestic development of monitor is still in infancy.So,the study of multi-function monitor is meaningful to the development of domestic monitor.Multi-function monitor can simultaneously detect ECG, blood oxygen, blood pressure, pulse, body temperature and other physiological parameters.The main task of this study is to complete the hardware design of multi-function monitor,mainly including the main control system design, the blood pressure measurement design,ECG measurement design and infusion control design.As an innovation point of this multi-function monitor design,the infusion control design combines monitorring and intravenous to a whole system. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The main control syetem design: According to the work requirements of monitor, the main control syetem should contains enough resource to meet the control requirements of multi parameter display and infusion requirement. In addition, the control system should also do support the network port and USB communication interface, making the data transfering convenient.(2)Blood pressure measurement design: Through the comparison of common blood pressure measurement methods,the oscillometric method is adopted. On the basis of the character of blood signal, the measurement circuit is designed and the blood preesure is calculated.(3)ECG measurement design: ECG signal is body surface biological signal withl small amplitude、high output impedance and easily disturbance. Thus, the key point of ECG measurement is the ECG signal acquisition circuit design.(4)Infusion control design: Infusion control is mean to achieve accurate control of the infusion speed and the total amount of infusion.In addition, safety of infusion must be guaranteed during the process. In the process of infusion, infusion blockage, bubbles and motor fault detection are designed.Through the test, the multi-function monitor designed can simultaneously control a plurality of functions to work, and blood pressure measurement, ECG measurement and infusion control are all satisfied with the requirements.
