【摘要】 我国的乒乓球事业就一直处于迅速发展之中,乒乓球在全国的普及率始终居于前列,涌现出了王浩、王励勤、王浩、张继科等世界名将,我国女子乒乓球队是推进我国乒乓球事业前进的重要力量,不仅在队员的新老交替、更新换代方面安排合理,在技战术的创新方面也表现出了较高的水准,技术上形成了“百花齐放”局面,中国乒乓球队的打法多样,每一种打法都具有不同的技术风格和克敌制胜的法宝,不同的打法也都在世界大赛的实践中证明了其存在的价值。2015年,我国女子乒乓球运动员木子在国际乒乓球联合会世界巡回赛瑞典公开赛上,面对丁宁、平野美宇等强大对手毫不畏惧,一路过关斩将杀入决赛,并在决赛战胜朱雨玲获得女子单打冠军,并与陈梦赢搭档赢得女双冠军,其实早在2011年的“直通鹿特丹”选拔赛中,木子就曾一度战胜李晓霞、郭跃取得女单冠军。木子是我国女子乒乓球队的一匹黑马,同时也是现今反手生胶打法的代表人物,生胶快攻结合弧圈打法兴起于上世纪七十年代,当时涌现出了如施之皓、柳智慧、白杨等一批优秀的生胶打法运动。当今乒坛生胶打法的选手越来越少,但我们从木子近些年在世界大赛中的优异表现可以看到,生胶打法还是存在许多技术上的优点,因此,本文力在通过对木子的个人技战术进行定量的分析研究,以木子近三年来参加的主要比赛录像为主要分析对象,探索生胶打法的优势所在,并对其技战术的衔接和单项技术的运用状况进行讨论,得出以下结论:(1)在发抢段,木子的勾手式和侧旋发球为发球抢攻创造机会,发球线路线路主要直线为主,正手抢攻速度快、力量大杀伤力比较大,反映出技术男性化的特点;(2)在接抢段,木子反手挑打优势明显,接发球方式主要以积极的侧身抢攻为主,接发球控短能力有明显提高,正手连续拉或冲的能力比较强,正手爆发力好,质量高;(3)在相持段,反手击球点早、速度快落点变化多,正手的中远台力量大、旋转强,节奏变化多,给相持段的进攻带来优势;(4)木子的反手技术运用反手挑打较多,生胶打法击球下沉,速度快,威胁性较大,反手生胶表现为不吃旋转,尤其变现在对阵两面弧圈打法的运动员时,防守具有很大的局限性。通过对木子生胶打法技战术的分析,我们最终向女子生胶打法运动员提出了一下建议:(1)在发抢段,女子生胶打法运动员应当加强发球方式的创新,努力寻求针对不同打法运动员的合理发球方式;应加强发抢段对下旋球反手弹打能力的提高,木子在发球被攻阶段得分率较低,未来应逐步完善防守技术;(2)在接抢段,女子生胶打法运动员正手位台内短球的进攻能力有待提高,同时也应提高反手底线接发球的命中率,提高接抢段运用正手击球的比例,同时还应当加强接抢段攻-防战术组合中守能力的提高;(3)在相持段,女子生胶打法运动员应加强对旋转球的控制能力,加强防守的节奏变化,把握好击球时机,提高防守能力尤其是由防转攻的能力;(4)对于生胶打法女子运动员的反手技术应用情况来说,应当加强其反手攻防的稳定性以及反手抢攻的弹打能力,做到凶中带稳,同时加强对阵两面弧圈球选手时技术的改良与创新。更多还原
