压填片石处治四川盆地浅层软基的试验研究

【摘要】 在四川盆地内修建公路的过程中,常遇到大面积浅层软土地基需要处理的情况。通常情况下,施工单位会选择全部开挖换填的方法来处理。但是如果全部采用这种方法来处理浅层软基的话,会产生大量的弃土,需要大面积的弃土场。位于重庆市正在修建的梁忠高速沿线就分布着范围很广的浅层软基,深度在1-2m左右,多数是农村里原有的水稻田。如果开挖换填软基,产生的弃土需要占用很多耕地,不环保也不经济。而梁忠高速穿越明月山、南华山,修建的明月山隧道和南华山隧道会产生大量的隧道爆破石料。如果能有效利用隧道或路堑边坡开挖产生的石料,通过压填施工的方法对沿线软弱土地基进行处理,消除软弱土换填产生的弃方,不仅有利保护山区的生态环境,而且可以节省工程投资、缩短工期,产生良好的经济效益。本文首先对压填片石法将要采用的填料尺寸进行研究。设计了室内模型试验,通过三组模型填料尺寸6cm、9cm、12cm进行了三组压填模拟试验,验证了压填片石法的可行性,得出处理效果较好的模型填料尺寸为9cm和12cm,对应的实际填料尺寸应为45cm和60cm。在梁忠高速现场的软基处理试验段,进行了压填片石法处理浅层软基的现场试验。在现场控制施工过程,综合考虑摊铺厚度、摊铺间隙、压实能量、碾压遍数等对压实效果的影响,对室内试验和现场压实试验的相关性进行研究分析。在软基处理完成后,结合试验段路基的施工,埋设沉降管、测斜管、土压力盒、孔隙水压力计等,填筑高速公路路基。填筑过程中,进行持续的监测,对压填片石处理浅层软基的实施效果进行研究,验证压填片石法的可靠性。通过现场试验,归纳整理研究成果,提出压填片石加固方法及施工工艺。

【Abstract】 In the construction process of highway in Sichuan basin, we often encounter large area of shallow soft soil needed to be addressed. And in general, the construction unit will use the replacement method to treat the ground. But if we only use this method, it will cause a mass of spoil and need a large area of spoil ground. The Liangzhong Expressway in Chongqing is along with large area of shallow soft soil. The depth of the soft soil is one to two meters and most are paddy fields. If we use the replacement method, it will occupy a lot of farmlands, and it is thus neither cheap nor environmental. The Liangzhong Expressway crossing Mingyue mountain and Nanhua mountain, and the blasting construction of the tunnels will cause a large number of stones. If we can use the stones which are from the blasting construction of the tunnels and the cutting slope excavation to treat the soft ground, we can eliminate the spoil caused by the replacing method. The method is not only benefit to protect the ecological environment, but also can save the investment of the project, shorten the construction period, produce good economic benefit.This article first ues sheet rock fills method to study the size of the filler. Design the model of tests, through three sets of model packing size 6cm、9cm、 12cm conducted three sets of pressure filling simulation test to verify the feasibility of filling pressure rubbles law, obtained better treatment models packing size 9cm and 12cm, corresponding to the actual size of the filler 45cm and 60cm.In the test section along the Liangzhong Expressway, we tested the the rubble pressed method. Controling the construction process and considering the compaction quality impact of the paving thickness、compactive energy、times of grind, this paper studies the pertinence between the indoor test and the field test. After treating the soft ground, installing the subsidence-pipe、the inclinometer tube deflection inclinometer、the earth pressure cell piezometer and filling the embankment. And we monitored the subgrade during the filling to study the effect of the the rubble pressed method and verify its reliability.Analysising the field test and organizing findings, this paper presents reinforcement method and construction technology for the rubble pressed method.
