【摘要】 随着饲料业广阔的发展前景,辽宁省饲料企业近几年吸引了各地区大量企业和个人的资本注入,竞争逐渐加剧,重复建设等问题日益严重,使得有些饲料企业处于微利甚至亏损状态,经济下行压力还在加大,饲料市场需求有待进一步开发,根据国内饲料企业大背景看,必须通过“万众创新”来推动饲料企业经济的发展,增强经济内生动力来促动经济和机制改革,全面带动企业的动力与活力。辽宁省作为东三省的经济重心,“万众创新”的贯彻落实对辽宁省整体经济发展影响深远,尤其近年来国家对东北地区畜牧业发展的高度重视和大力扶持,使饲料企业的健康发展也日益备受瞩目。饲料业与我国国民的生活息息相关,饲料业的发展也能够带动种植业、养殖业、畜产品加工、消费业等综合性产业的良好发展,饲料业对农业的发展和农村经济结构的调整有着战略性的意义。本文首先参考有关于饲料企业技术创新的相关文献,确立了调查分析方案,通过查阅辽宁省科技厅创新服务中心、辽宁省动物卫生监测预警中心以及辽宁省年鉴中对饲料业发展现状的相关数据,结合实地走访收集的饲料企业技术创新情况的实证数据以及对辽宁省饲料企业技术创新情况进行网络问卷调查,得出论文写作研究数据。然后,对调查数据进行综合分析,得出辽宁省饲料企业技术创新情况的现状和限制辽宁省饲料企业技术创新能力的原因,及现阶段辽宁省饲料企业技术创新发展的趋势等。最后,根据对辽宁省饲料企业技术创新发展中存在的问题提出发展性的政策建议,以便有利于快速提升饲料企业技术创新能力,增强饲料企业竞争实力,稳固饲料企业的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As feedstuff industry wide development prospects, feed enterprises in liaoning province in recent years attracted capital injection, a large number of enterprises and individuals in various areas of competition has intensified, serious problems such as repeated construction, make some feed enterprises in small profit even loss status, the economic downward pressure is still high, with feed market demand remains to be further developed, the background according to the domestic feed enterprises, must pass the "innovation" to promote the development of economy in the enterprises, strengthen economic internal motivation to motivate mechanism and economic reform, comprehensive impetus enterprise motivation and vitality.Liaoning province economic center of gravity as the three northeast provinces, "innovation" has had a profound impact on the implementation of the overall economic development in liaoning province, especially in recent years, the state attaches great importance to and vigorously support the development of animal husbandry in northeast China, to feed the healthy development of the enterprise is becoming more and more attention. Feedstuff industry is closely related to the national life, feedstuff industry can drive the development of planting, breeding, animal products processing, and the sound development of the comprehensive industry, such as consumption industry, feedstuff industry for the development of agriculture and rural economic structure adjustment is of strategic significance.In this paper, first of all, reference on the related literature of technology innovation in the enterprises, established a research and analysis, by looking at liaoning province innovation service center, animal health monitoring and early warning center of liaoning province and liaoning province in the yearbook of according to current situation of the development of related data, combining with the field visit to collect the feed enterprise technology innovation of the empirical data and the situation of technology innovation in the enterprises in liaoning province network questionnaire, writing research data are obtained. Then, the comprehensive analysis of survey data, the present situation of the technology innovation in the enterprises in liaoning province is got and limit feed in liaoning province enterprise technology innovation ability, and present the trend of the development of the technology innovation in the enterprises in liaoning province, etc. Finally, according to the problems that exist in the feed enterprise technology innovation and development in liaoning province put forward the policy Suggestions of development, so as to help promote quickly feed enterprise technology innovation ability, enhance enterprise competition strength, the feed solid feed the healthy development of the enterprise.更多还原
